Re: wavetable stuff
In the initial post the rx2 support is noted. But the sample browser doesn't show .rx2 files in the folder. Are they supported or not?

Re: Humble feature request: auto create pattern(s)
Not sure how it would work in reality though. Well, since there's already ableton-like pattern launcher, it only makes sense to enable recording a pattern and expanding it as you record. (You can set the pattern size limit, after which the pattern stops expanding and the new pattern is automaticall...

Humble feature request: auto create pattern(s)
Have you ever faced this: You're jamming away with a VSTi, and at some point the ideas you're looking for finally start flowing, but then DANG - you run out of patterns to record into. You have to stop, manually create as many empty patterns as you seem to be needing , push song end marker way furth...

Re: KoDream Improv - usage guidelines anywhere?
Guys, seriously, is there reference info for the Semantics values?
I don't need dodgy tunings tinga had used, just stadard tuning will do. How do I define standard octave? Does anyone have grammar files for that?

Re: KoDream Improv - usage guidelines anywhere?
Ok, is there a some kind of reference table to find these values? How do I know that there is a 'buzz value 52' and how do I know that exactly 65535 is a note off?

Re: KoDream Improv - usage guidelines anywhere?
Assumed your song is S, which has patterns A, B and C and you define A as eefefefe, where e is for example C-4, the f works as a note off if it's not defined otherwise. aha! okay, that's much more understandable! thanks, i seem to get it now. next thing I don't get : what does 'Semantics' box defin...

Re: KoDream Improv - usage guidelines anywhere?
Yea, I read that, and maybe I'm radically dumb, but it confuses the sh*t out of me. This, for instance, is mindboggling at best: Any unseen symbol is intially assumed to be max int which corresponds to a Note Off or a rest if you will. What 'unseen symbol'? I thought maybe someone in the know had ma...

KoDream Improv - usage guidelines anywhere?
Hi, buzzers, and merry xml-smas!
I'm trying to wrap my head around Kodream Improv and its possibilities.
Is there anywhere a reasonable explanation on the web on how the grammar works, and how to set it up for my own needs?

Re: Ableton style Clip Launcher [WANT!]
the idea to use pattern's names to decide which play together is not a good one I'd say it does make sense, only it suggests a different workaround. Like, for instance, you have three 'fields' in a pattern name, separated by a hyphen. AA-BB-CC. You assign a midi key to launch, say, all AA, or all B...

Re: Ableton style Clip Launcher [WANT!]
interesting news indeed personally I don't think ableton is the best workaround for live playing, but in Buzz this can eventually grow into some very cool and creative mutation - ISequence: TriggerEvent, PlayingPattern, PlayingPatternPosition Very curious about this ISequence. Is it some future func...

Re: Buzz native wave track: can we have it, please?
mantratronic, i'm sorry if my words discouraged you, i didn't mean any disrespect to people who contribute, quite on the contrary. What i meant is that development happens very sporadically, and buzz is good enough to deserve decent project management, with clear roadmap, some kind of concept.

yeah, great attitude, thanx dude. 'stop teaching me how to live and go drill some oil' would probably be a reply, but i'll refrain.UNZ wrote:STFUACSBMnikto wrote:only teamwork

Re: Buzz native wave track: can we have it, please?
a targeted fundraising would be awesome of course, but it has to be initiated and approved by the dev although, judging by the recent sparse activity, buzz development seems to have been stalled (again) for some reasons. and all these 'no dubstep' notes on the download page may signify not so bright...

Re: Buzz native wave track: can we have it, please?
what I mean is an audio track running alongside with patterns in the arranger, and which allows quick recording, cutting, resizing etc of audio pieces with a click of the mouse. The usual thing you do everywhere including Reaper, Ableton etc, nothing fancy. btd's audiotrack is not responsive to the ...

Buzz native wave track: can we have it, please?
I know I can't ask or hire any programmer (from the ones available to me), to code an audio track into new buzz sequencer, because, obviously, Buzz code is owned by one single person. I'd say, if Buzz had an audio track to enable record and basic audio manipulation (like btd's, only properly done an...

Soviet Science: dark weird d'n'b live (video)
This is why I needed all those midi triggers and envelopes. >>>Enjoy! (this is the first attempt at triggering everything live, hence some inconsistency in playing accurately to bpm, but I'm practicing, so it's hopefully gonna get better) :ugeek: A huge heartfelt thank you and cheers to creators of ...
