It seems, after reading a professional advice, that 24 bits and 44.1hz is ok. That's what I will use
Dont forget that CD quality is 16bits/44.1 khz.
The 8 bits in addition (16+8 to get 24) when working on the sound is to have more room for applying fx or mastering.

With MaiToPisara it seems that the next (n) and previous (p) key didnt work to change the preset and I'm not sure it's really synced to the incoming sound.
But the vids are top awesome

After a little investigation it seems that the publisher is a crook !! They have about 1200 books, all written by the same people (like the one on Buzz).
