Re: Proudly announce... and how to share 3 keyboards?
Not clear what you mean by them working together. Example?Mu_ wrote:Last question is I got with keyboard Ableton Live Lite 8.xx. Some of instruments of it sounds good and i like them, but they are not VSTI so is there a way to make those 2 programs work together?

Re: recording audio direct to buzz
There was a thread or two about this at buzzchurch. It's not something i normaly do but have been playing arround with guitars for a week or two and want to use them in buzz. I've tried automaton and jeskola asio inputs but can't get them to work. Can anyone explain how i'm supposed to use them. wa...

Re: Reaper (out) to Buzz (in) ?
Thanks for the replies. I just re-downloaded reaper and installed ReaRout ASIO. The problem is, when I select the regular "ASIO" as my driver in buzz, ReaRoute ASIO does not show up in the list. What can I do help it 'find' the driver? Did you install 64-bit Reaper? If so, maybe try unins...

Re: Reaper (out) to Buzz (in) ?
I can't search the old forums for any info for obvious reasons, but I'm wondering if there is any way to send the master out of Reaper, to an input in Buzz? I prefer using my large multi-sampled libraries within reaper, but as far as drums and synth work, I'd still like to do all of that within Buz...

Re: VST recording / track commands
no, it has nothing to do with "where the notes are triggered". its the way buzz handles recording: only the left most machine-pattern (of a given machine) in the sequencer view gets recorded to. (at least thats how it was 10 years ago, but i think this is your problem) just move it to the...

Re: VST recording / track commands
nice. I wonder if it would be possible to record automation to a seperate pattern. So you would have one pattern for notedata and one simultanoulsy for the automation parameters. Not a problem. Just add another track in the sequencer, put a pattern in there and record away. Also it would be a great...

Re: VST recording / track commands
Auto Learn is a quicker/easier route than going to the settings menu. (mute, where's that tutorial vid?)

Re: midi question
LOL. Pretty sure he was talking about having made 30 different patterns (each of which would need to be copied). But anyway, ima shut up about this now, at least until OP chimes back in.UNZ wrote:so he made 30 copies, but one additional copy to a peer ctrl is too much ?

Re: midi question
this is what peer machines are for. just assign multiple generators to it. True enough "before the fact", but OP seems to have an "after the fact" quandry -- 30 Qsamo patterns already made, and now he's hoping he can layer in other generators without copying patterns over to a p...

Re: midi question
I was trying to send the same notes to 3 different synths...guess I'll have to use the split device? Is there any way to do it without having to copy all 30 of my patterns from Qsamo and paste them into the split device though? Maybe someday native machines will offer PVSTi-style MIDI-send, but for...

Re: New(ish) PeerScale
how do you do a note-off? I had a look at implementing note-off but it's not as easy as you might think (no surprise there, btd would've done it himself.) I can't remember exactly why it's complicated though. I wasn't happy with peerscale not doing note-offs, so I rolled my own in pybuzz. Th...

Re: peer machines and boolean values
get the latest versions of some machines. i've got the latest version of peerctrl, and when i right click>assignment settings, nothing happens. is there an older version which works with the latest build? Try registering envelope.ocx (recommend running fixkit and extracting the stygmate version whi...
