Did you make a full rescan? (or scan for new, I forget it every time)
mik82 wrote: Sat Nov 21, 2020 10:04 am While we're talking about open source synths, I'd recommend trying Odin 2
Thank you, very cool synth.

Re: Surge

Surge is now very interesting, I like it because it has 12 LFO, accepts scala files, better filters now, a nightly build, a new gui, lot of presets, dual mode, many good things, a must have free hybrid synth.
The surge team maintains also Dexed

Re: GuitarChordBox

I think the machine itself is pretty much done. We can add more chords later but those will be added to the bottom of the list so that songs won't break. Yes, I have some ideas for some adds, and I thought the list for that, of course the list is not complete, but its enough  , for a single C ...

You are the best! I am not surprised, when I play your bmx, I often see a very good balance of the tracks, and a good mix with a minimal gear.
Congratulations 8-)

Re: GuitarChordBox

Finally the last list, More chords The order is always Major minor Dominant, the last part of the list is different, power chords, triads, progressions. Chords have only 3 functions Tonic, Subdominant and Dominant (T,SD,D), dominant chords are always a fifth degree and need a resolution. A pdf about...

Yes I downloaded it yesterday, useful update, and what is cool after disease is that you fill better than normal.
A mix between Accumulator and Magic to send notes will be very interesting.

Re: Sequence Accumulator

Accumulator+Magic is a very powerful thing. I tested yesterday Stochas , a good sequencer, but in fact clearly several levels under Magic or ScaleWalker. Magic_Acc.7z . 5 pages (turn it manually) with different process of sequencing, Accumulator control the notes, Magic orchestrate the command argum...

The delay control is excellent, it can give a natural play, 2000 ms is a very cool option, I have to extend the 6 notes chords, and chords inversion, I suppose there is around 2000 locations for chords...

Re: GuitarChordBox

I guess that parameter should be the index of the chord in the chord list and then in the chord window there should be line numbers? Yes, so "GuitarChord" will send notes directly to generators or Jeskola Arpeggio :?: (like PeerChord or Magic) I still have to put some order in my list and...

I corrected the errors in the list :? , it's easer to see with the diagrams, I can add more, chords inversions, many chords are missing.

Could the chord list become a parameter, and send the chord directly without pattern editor, a trigger ?

Re: Sequence Accumulator

Magic is perfect to drive Accumulator, so many commands (27!), and I've just used 9 or 10  , with magic, it's easier and more clear, it's time for me to go deeper in this awesome machine, I'm happy to play again with Accumulator and experiment new things.

About EON

It seems that JM Jarre submit a project similar to what I'm working on, EON is an infinite thing, I don't like Jarre's music but this focus on generative music is very cool.
