Re: New Pattern Editor - Rows Per Beat

very interesting, are these labels a way to try to attract the "common folks"? As most buzzers must be already used to not seeing these labels, acting on instinct to survive in a world of digits... As long as us folks from past can hide them, it's good. I remember reading on buzzchurch (th...

Re: BattleComp Vintage compressor VST updated

Dean: You'll have to come up with some more facts. Please fill this out to give me an idea of what is going on: How many % cpu does it use: What settings are you using?: CPU (model, GHz): samplerate: Buzz version: Operating system: in short: i7 cpu, 44khz, latest Buzz, win64 64-bit. While "pea...

"locate machine" feature suggestion

"Locate machine". Problem: When loading 100s of machines into machines view, it's not always a "cup of tea" to locate a specific machine. Or, imagine you have 10+ of the same effect (which might not be something you always rename when you load into track), maybe they only differe...

I am having some problems with the following code : yes the machines themselves are smaller than the defaults. we should put this topic in a new thread. if you take a look in MachineControl.xaml you find: <Border Name="Border" Width=" 84 " Height=" 34 " BorderThickness=...

Re: BattleComp Vintage compressor VST updated

the new version seems to steal a lot of cpu in some older projects (the old version never did)...
anyone else found this? I can try to find a way to recreate this if anyone else is bothered,
otherwise I'll just replace the new machine with the old machine in those songs which are affected.

Re: Graphic EQ

The way they work is different. Graphic equalizers for simplicity use static shelving filters based on the low/mid/high bands you are boosting or cutting. This linear phase eq uses some sort of secondorder filter where you set the (center?) frequency and adjust the Q (width) for the amount of frequ...

Re: OMG UTrk 2 Mtrk 3 and updated Mtrk 2

Cool to see UTrk back in development! Does that mean that Fuzzpilz has taken up the reins again? Good question, no this update was made by "somebody else", people refer to this other person as "Calvin", "Clvn" or "Carsten". So it's not Fuzzpilz "real nam...

Re: Graphic EQ

http://bigyo.untergrund.net/buzz/bigyo_parameqlin_v02.zip compiled using FFTReal library by Laurent de Soras with SubTickTiming disabled uses much less cpu power, it could run that fast when SubTickTiming is on, but with additional delay... Re: problems with Buzz x64, starting build 1454

Did you notice the little notice on jeskola page which saids the x86 version is "recommended for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows"? edit: actually, maybe you know what you're doin', as you suggest you are still using the 32-bit version (which means you didn't install them in the same folder)...

Re: CPU performance in Buzz 1349 much better than latest bui

first of all check this : http://buzzwiki.robotplanet.dk/index.php/Pattern_XP RPB = rows per beat TPB = ticks per beat the slider on the attached screenshot is the machineview zoomer. are you testing us? ;) oh man ,! I got things wrong! :P I thought multi-groove was actually a way to handle for exa...

multigroove: you can do it by adjusting RPB in PXP there are also groove machines, but i think they work global. or wait for the new new pattern editor (preview it with ctrl-q in pxp in latest builds) thanks!, interesting... but maybe cause I haven't updated in a while, but I don't know where to fi...

Re: CPU performance in Buzz 1349 much better than latest bui

adding hundreds of matilde trackers (connected to master) playing samples had the same effect. cpu usage was over the top and the sound stuttered of course. but the interface kept functional. i could add about 2000 generators before buzz crashed and all mem was used up. for the theme check my downl...

Re: CPU performance in Buzz 1349 much better than latest bui

btw. what does your cpu usage say while buzz´s output is muted? (F12 key) Forgot to answer this one. if I hit F12, the cpu goes down to 0% very fast. Also, what's that theme you are using? it looks like something which would come in handy for me, the machines view is too small for this 500-machines...

Re: CPU performance in Buzz 1349 much better than latest bui

sorry that this does not help but i also tested with more than 750 Matilde Tracker 2 in machineview and old sequencer. still able to work relatively fluently. I think it helps, I appreciate it a lot! wow, that's a lot! :) great pic by the way... Are they connected to the master? if they are not con...
