yeah, i had this with various other windows versions too, so its not specific to 10. some drivers are just plain bad and cause dpc latency to spike, check if there's new ones, or sometimes it helps to even downgrade to an earlier version of the driver. to see which driver is causing the trouble: http://www.resplendence.com/latencymonzephiris wrote:bad drivers?

for sure. we are actually going through this at work. upgrading an entire business from winxp to win10. old and new hardware fighting us the whole way. driver support touch and go at best, even microsoft support is hesitant. it's a precarious time we live in. i turned down a great offer on a win7 era laptop because i knew that win10 driver support would be negative at best. these strange times!
