Is there a way to make a custom rebuzz.ini menu in new buzz

I would like to add some custom tools into the buzz menu?
in the old buzz i had a rebuzz.ini with custom menu
in the new buzz this seems not to work or appear.

What am i doing wrong?
The file is in the same folder as buzz.exe?

Nope, that's an overloader feature and overloader doesn't work in current buzz .exes.
