Hey Frank, if you're out there,
How do I force the ASIO driver to use my second midi device? It keeps wanting to use my midi soundcard (rather then a usb midi device) with Polac ASIO input selected.
I searched through the registry, but could not find anything.
Thanks! Keep rocking you crazy diamond.
Polac ASIO midi select?
Re: Polac ASIO midi select?
Hi, there should be an entry for all your midi devices in the midi submenu of the vst menu. If it's not there you could try to rescan the shell vsts in the loader preferences again.

Re: Polac ASIO midi select?
It doesn't detect mine either - my workaround is to use LoopMIDI and MIDI-OX. LoopMIDI port is routed to my external gear in MIDI-OX, select LoopMIDI port in the Polac VST "magic MIDI menu" and everything's good to go. Note that you'll need to use Polac Audio In to actually get the sound from your external synth into Buzz.
If you're trying to send MIDI data to Polac VST, make sure you have the correct MIDI device selected in the Buzz Preferences menu, then right-click the VSTi instrument and change MIDI channel from "None" (default) to "All" (or whichever channel you're sending on).
