How do qsamo madulators work?

Qsamo is my main synth, but I must ashamedly admit I really don't know how to get the most out of the modulators. I've had some results using random unipolar and bipolar to create sonic variety, but I feel like much more is possible.

Could anyone give me a run down of the options in the modulators and any tips for how to make them work for you?

Qsamo is also my favorite synth, key and velocity works fine, but other controls are midi ctrl, cc1 : modwheel, cc2 :breath, cc4: foot, cc11:expression, you need a midi keyboard to use these ctrl, with Snowglobe ScaleWalker, (fantastic midi tool) you can access to midi ctrl.

I haven't used ScaleWalker, does peer ctrl have the same functionality? Thanks so much for the info with cc#
