Ninereeds Softy.dll

Hi!
I was taking a look at my very very old song "projects", but there is one generator that I cannot make it work for some unknown reason; it is the Ninereeds Softy.
As per picture below:
You see I have it properly installed, but Buzz says it's "missing". Does anyone know what is the problem?
