This VST, Modul Air seems to be good, beta and free, very modular, tunable, not really a nice GUI, but effective, its the most important, complex but some patches.

This one is a lot of fun! It sounds pretty good without eating your CPU, which is refreshing. It's a little annoying that all the parameters are just named "N/A," making it a hassle if you want to automate something using peer controls, but since it's in beta, maybe that'll be fixed eventually.
