Hey folks. I'm looking for the simplest, least intensive way to tune a signal by a few cents. Preferably Buzz native.
Using this on doubled tracks, to detune the copies slightly for a chorus effect. I don't need all the bells and whistles that usually come with a tuner plugin, just one detune control. I'll have several instances in one project, for an album's worth of songs, so I'm going for the least CPU intensive approach. Using a VST currently but I'm looking to replace it with something much more lightweight.
Thanks for your time!

Chimp's PitchShifter : It's just a pitch shifter - given an input waveform, the output waveform approximates to the original played at a higher or lower pitch, whilst keeping the time frame intact.

Pitch Wizard : pitch effect which supports midi pitch wheel messages

Chimp's is just what I'm looking for! Uses less than half the CPU of my old setup, 0.5% - 1.5% in the CPU monitor. It's been sitting in my effects folder and I've overlooked it this whole time lmao.... Thanks a bunch, you rock!

Matilde tracker (tunable) and Peer tune, very interesting 0.1 cents accuracy, but not for very long recordings.
