Can I use Polac Media VST > adjust audio > audio offset to make mediavst begin playing an audio file accurately at an arbitrary point in the bmx rather than beginning the audio at the start of the bmx? Is the offset in ticks?

Note that mediavst is not bulletproof. I know of deadlocks with the k-lite codecpack for example, other codec packs work flawlessy with mediavst. Actually I have to fix this one but too lazy.
