I am curious if there is a way to have XS-1 save the samples within the .bmx itself (or use them from the wavetable). The only thing I hate about the XS-1 is that it does not do this. I like that when I load a sample into the wavetable it is stored in the .bmx, so later I do not need to track it down... it is there.
Is this possible with the XS-1?
A way to make XS-1 store samples internally?
Re: A way to make XS-1 store samples internally?
Nice how ppl. asks questions that i have always thought.. . so i don't need to bother.
BTW. That's one of the reasons i continued using tracker plugins even after OT released XS-1 as free.
Nowadays i'm trying out VST sampler, Shortcircuit.
It has those classic parameters that i used in hardware samplers like many different cross fade loop types. Time will tell if it becomes my number one.

Maybe it could be saved in a template, zipped files like the new option to save wavetable samples, with the new xml format?
BR808 is a good option to save many samples in a single bmx (maxi=128*128, maybe you have to wait if your bmx is 40 go), this vsti is an impressive workstation synth
