quick qestion about error messages (libsndfile)

Post by Evelon »

I get these error messages when I import wav/mp3 files into the wavetable (1497, default theme). I've been getting them for a while and the files WILL load when I retry it, but I finally need to get rid of the messages that pops up (high annoying factor).
I've tried loading the latest libsndfile-1.dll from mega-nerd.com into Buzz root, but it didn't fix it.

What to do?
Thanks in advance!

Hmm, odd. I cant get this to happen here, my best guess would be that theres a problem with the .net installation as thats where the presentation framework is.

try to see if you lack any windows updates, in particular for .net.
if that doesn't help try re-installing .net 4.5.

is this windows vista ?

Thanks guys!
I'll try to re-install/update .NET 4.5 to see if that helps.

I'm running W7 on an i7. Should have mentioned that in the OP.

That .net 4.5 install fixed it! Thank you!!!
I thought that I had the latest .net installed, but maybe it overwrote something else that fixed it. I'm happy about not seeing the popups anymore. Weee!
