@Buzztler - Oh I'm not specifically compiling for a version of windows - Blok barely uses any windows API internally beyond opening a window and listening to clicks. I do however like to use the latest instruction sets available in more modern CPU's. Clockrate has remained pretty constant recently.. 3-ish ghz seems to be the sweetspot now - but instruction sets to make more happen for each clock keep evolving. VisualStudio 2015 has a compiler that can use a whole bunch of those instructions to optimize many areas for which I personally don't have the time to rewrite stuff in assembler - no need to be on win10 to enjoy the results of that! But.. you need a recent I7 or you get the mysterious spooky crashes like before
I'll keep the public version on sse2-era instructions. For the speedfreaks I'll set up a more modern version.
Cannot load Zephod BLOK Modular Version 2015 into Buzz 1502
