this part seriously looks like he fell off his chair while holding the pen and just kept writing. i suppose when inspiration strikes, sometimes it strikes you in the head. lol

I'd like to see the tracker screenshot version of that. Something tells me lots of tracks.

That's clearly not the same song. That's a song from the PC game "The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil", called "U.N. Owen was her? (Flandre's theme)", possibly somewhat re-arranged.
Furthermore, that's a piano roll, not a tracker interface.

Here are a couple of other works by Stump (scroll down a bit), namely "String Quartet No. 556(b) for Strings In A Minor (Motoring Accident)" and "Love theme from Prelude and the Last Hope in C and C# minor".
