Re: Error: Polac Asio not connected
Hey everyone, long time no see! I decided to open buzz again and try some things to record to Reaper and I'm still having this issue. I am running windows 10 now, and I made a new buzz install and everything. Any time I click to use Polac Asio, I get "device not connected". Any thoughts?

Re: Old Samplegrid 2 BETA 061110 - fatal error for old songs
To make matters more complicated, I just realized that if I put the SampleGrid 3.dll's in my gen folder, the songs that used SG2 Beta will crash buzz. If I delete the SG3 files, the songs load fine, but the SG2 generator reads as "crashed" in the machine view. I'm zapped.

Old Samplegrid 2 BETA 061110 - fatal error for old songs
I'm digging around in some old files and have a problem: FATAL ERROR: 'Gear\BTDsys SampleGrid 2 BETA 061110 Core.dat' could not be loaded Version mismatch - (null): 0, Buzz: 66 I have the old 061110 .dll's in the gen folder and downloaded the 'core' from http://btdsys.lazytrap.com/remository?f ... i...

Using Buzz to control a modular synth
Does anyone do this? I think I might like to try it and see how it works. I just got an Expert Sleepers ES-3 module to connect up with the computer and made me wonder if any Buzzers had messed around with something like this previously.
Re: Corona
This is a shot in the dark but I'd figure I'd ask. Seeing as Corona is very similar to Qsamo, and I LOVE playing with Qsamo in Buzz, is there at all a way to integrate the "parameter locking" feature that Buzz Generators contain when you decide to randomize? I'm a pretty big fan of happy a...

Re: Corona has been crashing (in both Buzz and Reaper)
I have always used the 4300 AKWF wave forms and they all reside in the "Waves" folder, each still categorized in their own .dwb. Initially I thought maybe it was my own doing when I created a new "My Waves.dwb" to put single cycles/stabs that I had created, because I had run into...

Corona has been crashing (in both Buzz and Reaper)
I seem to be having quite an issue with clicking the "randomize wave" where it just suddenly crashes everything leaving me this message: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: reaper.exe Application Version: 4.7.7.0 Application Timestamp: 54d69429 Fault Module Na...

Re: Old versions of Utrk and other small questions
http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm60/fetusink/lightninginabottle.jpg  Sorry, I really have no clue what version you're speaking of here. Understand that its been quite some time since I've last used buzz and I may be behind on a few things. I basically just need an archive of all of the old...

Re: Error: Polac Asio not connected
It would seem your problem and mine are similar, but completely flip flopped. I just tested x64 and polac asio works fine, and I've actually gotten Reaper to sync up quite nicely. I still can't seem to figure out why x86 (32 bit) would not connect up to Polac Asio, but I'll just go along with it for...

Error: Polac Asio not connected
I have installed Polac's adapters and I'm positive the x86 version was downloaded and installed correctly within x86 Buzz as far as placing the .dll's go. When I open buzz and try to switch to Polac Asio (I want to use ReaRoute to direct audio to Reaper) I get the error "Polac Asio not connecte...

Re: XML - Slider Colors
Did anyone ever by chance get the "simple" clip of code that could work for this idea? I'm going to be dead honest, I have no clue about any of this xaml stuff. At one point a few years ago when I had more time on my hands, I remember playing around with it and never getting it to work (ev...

Old versions of Utrk and other small questions
Its been quite a while since I've dabbled in Buzz, and so far everything seems to be up and running smoothly on my new setup. I decided to go through some older songs and am noticing machines missing where it would seem I already have them downloaded. Right now the one causing issues is Unwieldy Tra...

Windows 7/audio professionals: MIDI works on x64 apps only?
I've been having this issue for 2 years, but tend to forget about it because I rarely use x86 applications. Just recently, I would really like to, including with Buzz, and I have realized that all of my problems aren't in one application alone as I initially thought, which at the time was Buzz x86. ...

Anyone still have the Ravenspiral Guide v8.1 (+)?
I told someone I'd get them this guide which I remember being fantastic, but can only seem to find versions from 2004 and 2007 available. Scribd still has it, but you have to pay to download it, and although I think its worth it in the long run, I know this guide was meant to be free, so it doesn't ...

Re: MidiInput init failed / Syncing Buzz and Reaper
Unfortunately, no, I have never figured this out. Unfortunately this main problem was the reason I have moved away from buzz. I miss it, and I miss a lot of the generators, but its just doesn't fit within my workflow habits these days. Maybe in the future if this issue can ever be resolved I'll come...

Re: Polac Asio - "ASIO Driver open Failure"
Actually, even though it would be nice to see this fixed, I could honestly just say "fuck it" if I can get the topic in this post fixed: http://forums.jeskola.net/viewtopic.php?p=4644#p4644 If I can get my midi device to run in x86, then I'm golden. I have everything I need there in the re...

Well, its been a while since I've "buzzed", but I wanted to try again, and initially forgot about this whole ordeal. Well, its still problematic, and I still want it resolved ... so ... to answer some of the unanswered questions from before: mute wrote: Check the device that is selected in...

Re: Polac Asio - "ASIO Driver open Failure"
Check the device that is selected in the pasio out settings If you reboot, don't start any other program, and open buzz first, does it still happen? Did you checked it out after starting system with running no audio application which may use your sound card? I will test all of these suggestions at ...

Re: Polac Asio - "ASIO Driver open Failure"
I just attempted uninstalling and then reinstalling ASIO4ALL v2, but it hasn't made any difference whatsoever. :? Also, I have used ASIO in Reaper with no issues at all. And again, ASIO still seems to work fine in x86 Buzz (allowing me to choose ReaRoute to send my audio to Reaper, or just select AS...
