Re: Modular MIDI Mogrifying Madness
Amazing work! This is something to be proud of :) My intitial impressions is that featurewise, this is something I could see myself using all the time, for everything.. Lots of useful modules. But, the fact that its a separate program and not a buzz machine, makes it a bit less appealing for me to u...

Re: Youtube channel
I'm guessing you need to put "Jeskola Buzz" in the tags or title.. Seems to be the common denominator for all the videos in the stream.
My videos aren't there, perhaps I separated Jeskola and Buzz as two tags
...or maybe they're just to unpopular

Wohoo
You don't know how happy it makes me that you like it!
Tinga: We should definitely do something! I'll push for a generative month on devsound, hehe

Re: auxsend/return machines
I made these templates (works with the machines MT linked to above), they are just Auxsend and returns on channels 1/2, 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8.

Re: Falbygdens Dataorkester - Algoland
Thanks
Just know that the tracks on the album are all a bit post-processed and edited.
The bmx'es might not sound as shiny as the mp3's, but all the sounds should be there...
Have fun, go nuts

Re: Falbygdens Dataorkester - Algoland
No problem
I guess there could be some problems for people to open them and get everything working.
But, they can be quite fun to play with when they work.
Some of the tracks have PeerCtrl's with some parameters mapped for easy tweaking...

Falbygdens Dataorkester - Algoland
Finally, my generative, ambient album is finished :) It's all generated and recorded live in Buzz, then post-processed and edited in Ableton Live. Mostly it's just Qsamo, Blok and other native buzzmachines doing the audio stuff. Sequencing is almost exclusivly generated with Peermachines (LFO, Scale...

Thank you MT!
If anyone else are looking for working Aux Send/Return machines to do wacky feedback, get the machines above.

Re: auxsend/return machines
I've looked on Buzzmachines.com, but they're all from pre 2004.
Can't find ld Auxreturn anywhere..
Does anyone know where I can download it?

Re: auxsend/return machines
Which machines are working?
If I use Jeskola AuxSend, it shows up as a Control machine, and generators connected to it lights up and appears to be playing.
But none of the AuxReturn machines in my list are working... Is there a new version somewhere?

Re: The reason why I like trackers
Ouch, that was the link I was going to use first...
It has nothing to do with trackers, so I chose the slightly closer match (or so I thought).

Maybe a little something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=06yF2WNSiYsMozart von Robot wrote:I'd like to see the tracker screenshot version of that. Something tells me lots of tracks.

I shouldn't have included the Sonogram VST, but it's not needed at all.
It's just a visualizer, it looks cool with MT Algo

Re: What *exactly* is a noise burst
unfortunately suggestions like these are useless because for example sudden whitenoise that peaks at 0db (-1.0 / 1.0) isn't exactly a pleasure to listen to either....(assuming you compare it with your normal "song" at "sane" loudness). if anything you'd certainly not activate it...

Re: What *exactly* is a noise burst
Cut the volume if it gets too loud. Maybe set the threshold for it with a parameter in the settings?
I mean, I never exceed 0dB. If the master volume in Buzz would get louder than that,
I'd rather it just silenced the output instead of clipping.
I'm also not a coder
