Can I use Polac Media VST > adjust audio > audio offset to make mediavst begin playing an audio file accurately at an arbitrary point in the bmx rather than beginning the audio at the start of the bmx? Is the offset in ticks?

How do I cleanly uninstall all the buzzfixkit and overloader stuff without touching my main buzz install?
