Re: IX PatchBay III (Updated 9th October 2020)
Ok, weird… I completely deleted all the PatchBay 3.0 files in my Gear folder, re-installed from that same fresh download, ran the Config Tool (creating a bunch of new I/O configurations), & now it's working just fine :? Every instance of PatchBay 3 I add to an open project, no matter the I/O con...

Re: IX PatchBay III (Updated 9th October 2020)
https://i.ibb.co/qPD06y8/IX-Patch-Bay-Skin-Issue-Screenshot-1920-x-1080px-JPEG.jpg I re-installed PatchBay 3.02 (Nov 15, 2024 - 32Bit Version) from a fresh download. I'm still getting the same problem as you can see in the screenshot above. I'm going to try one more thing: completely removing the o...

Re: IX PatchBay III (Updated 9th October 2020)
The original PatchBay versions that come packaged with the latest version all have their slick Machine Skins, but none of the new configurations I've created do. That is odd as all the config tool does is copy and rename the original files. Are you perhaps using the wrong bit flavour? It's 32 Bit i...

Re: IX PatchBay III (Updated 9th October 2020)
Speaking of Machine skins… Not sure if this is a bit of a bug, or just another Win11 oddity (probably the former, as the latter is just me being frustrated, sorry). I've run PatchBay's Batch Config Utility a few times to create some alternate PatchBay configurations, however none of the new Configur...

Re: IX PatchBay III (Updated 9th October 2020)
Hey everyone, Just thought I'd share this little graphic. I've put a shortcut to PatchBay III's Batch Config Utility in my Windows Start Menu & decided that it needed an icon. So I put this little image together using a slight modification of the Machine skin & the same Background Colour as ...

Re: Windows 11 Display Issue
Reading the PVST thread, it looks like 64Bit PVST will load 32Bit VSTs
Guess I'll be installing ReBuzz 64Bit this weekend & starting the setup process all over again
Thanks for everyone's help

Re: Windows 11 Display Issue
Errrrrrrrr, probably? Yeah, that's what I thought. I probably won't have time to try the fix until this weekend. I'll let you know how it works once I do install those dependancies. Thanks! Is PVST in 64Bit Buzz able to load 32Bit VSTs? Still wondering about this. If so, I can switch to Rebuz...

Re: Windows 11 Display Issue
I'm assuming I want the x86 versions since I'm running the x86 version of Buzz, even though I'm on a 64Bit Win11 machine, right?
Just checking…
Thanks for all the help

Re: Windows 11 Display Issue
The only thing that seems to work is setting the Windows Display Scaling setting to 125%. Any other scaling size over-scales (to coin a term) the Assignment Dialogue Window. It's still large at 125%, but it's usable at least, moreso than at my normal 100% scaling setting. I might just have to switch...

Re: Windows 11 Display Issue
Is PVST in 64Bit Buzz able to load 32Bit VSTs? I ask, because all of the HG Fortune VSTi's I use live (as well as some other VSTs that are my go-tos) are all 32Bit & will never have 64Bit versions (HG Fortune unfortunately passed away many years ago, leaving us with a huge library of awesome VST...

Re: Windows 11 Display Issue
I'm still not getting anywhere with this. I've tried multiple settings in the Windows Compatibility dialogue, but nothing seems to fix the oversized window dialogues issue. Looking at all the fixes online, it seems that they only increase the display scale, but this does nothing when the scaling of ...

Re: Windows 11 Display Issue
Thanks for the replies, both of you.
@mcbpete, I tried all of those settings & even re-booted, but to no avail
Maybe I'll play around with the other options in the compatibility tab & see if anything works.

Windows 11 Display Issue
Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've had a chance to stop in, but it's great to be back. I hope everyone is doing well & are still Ready To Rok. I've got a question regarding 32 Bit Buzz Build 1503 & Windows 11. Now I know Win11 has some funky quirks & I've tried to troubleshoot ...

Yes, & all the Devs are awesome! WDE & Snowglobe's machines have really done a lot for Buzz. And there are so many more.

Re: IX Magic 1.17b - June 10th, 2024
I know I keep praising this amazing machine, but I gotta do it again   So I'm trying to fix some inefficiencies in my "Live" Setup that have been annoying me since I first created this crazy BMX file a few years ago. Magic has solved a problem that I have been quite annoyed wit...

Re: Your music making process (magic, accumulator, split, peer x, tune)
I know this is an old thread, but I feel like it would be good to expand on it some more. For me, I use IX Magic in what some might find an unconventional way. Basically, it's a "Master Peer Control" for much of the Gens & Effects in my "Live" Buzz Setup. I use it (controlled...
