Re: Buzz on Bandcamp
Current list of music tagged with "Jeskola Buzz" on Bandcamp. There's some pretty good stuff included in the list. Just a note, if you're releasing any music on Bandcamp & you used Buzz (which, why wouldn't you use Buzz? ), tag it "Jeskola Buzz" so people can see it  Bandcamp Buzz Song...

Re: Odd error when saving BMX
So there is a .bmx.temp version in the same directory. I copied the original BMX to another folder & remaned it to "Live Test.bmx". Opened it in Buzz, made a change & tried to save. The same error happened & a .bmx.temp version was added to this new folder. I tried creating a new Buzz project adding...

Re: Odd error when saving BMX
It is a new install, but I've been working with this install for about a month now. This just started happening. I always load Buzz with Administrator rights because LD Mixer won't work without Admin rights.
Should I do another re-install

Odd error when saving BMX
I have been getting this odd error when trying to save some recent changes to my "Live" Buzz setup. It is saying it can't open a Temp version of the BMX & then Buzz crashes without saving any of the changes. Here's a screenshot: https://i.ibb.co/H28kHMJ/Buzz-Save-Error-JPEG.jpg I also tried "Save As...

Re: Noob MIDI question…
Hmm… I'm having a similar problem with the test BMX I just cobbled together. I've got a simple 4/4 C Major arpeggio being played by a VSTi (HG Fortune's Fortune Cookie 2012) patched through Note Detector which then sends (via MIDI) the note information to IX Split. When I try to record the 16 Tick s...

Re: Mixers/visual audio analysis tools
Do you find that recordings with LD mixer have their start-times all shuffled and need trimming? I can't figure out if it's my material, issues with latency compensation or what, but it seems like the recorded tracks fail to line up properly. I don't use LD Mixer's record functions. I use Sgorpi's ...

Re: Mixers/visual audio analysis tools
I still use LD Mixer. I love it - tho the only update I would love to see with it is the implimentation of the modern Buzz multi I/O. But other than that it does what I need & the # of tracks is easily expandable. I use mvmeter2, love the old school VU meter look (I'm sucker for Analogue style VU me...

Re: IX Magic 1.15d - January 21st, 2021
Well, I got it programmed as is, despite the scroll jump. But yeah, if you'd like me to Beta Test, I could give it a shot. I'll probably re-name the DLL so it doesn't mess with my "Live" setup (now that I've got it all put back together).

Re: IX Magic 1.15d - January 21st, 2021
I'm sure Tinga is someone else who probably "gets into scrollbar territory"
I'm just nuts with all my presets, but Magic works so perfectly for mapping my Foot Controller to Buzz.
Thanks for having a look

Re: MIDI controller mapping/customization (noob)
I use IX Magic to map all my foot controller presets. I have a Behringer FCB1010 MIDI Foot Controller & I have it programmed to send Note Events to Magic which then uses its Peer Control functionality to switch presets in VSTs & other Buzz parameters. Here's my process: 1. Add IX Magic and any VSTs ...

Re: IX Magic 1.15d - January 21st, 2021
I know you're deep in the code for this wonderful machine, IX, but I just stumbled across a bit of a feature request (bug?) while you're re-coding things (hopefully it's an easy one). So I've been busy re-programming my Foot Controller & Magic for a new version of my "Live" Buzz Setup (it's a little...

Re: Noob MIDI question…
Hi Invisible sweater, You can DL WDE's Note Detector here: https://forums.jeskola.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2283 As for the "small sequnce editor above the pattern editor", it's part of the Pattern XP Mod that has updated the Pattern Editor with some great functions (including the small sequence edito...

Re: new pvst beta (updated 27-Dec-2020)
Not sure if I'm just doing this wrong or if there's setting I've missed somewhere (tho, I did look through the Settings Window as well as all the Preferences Windows & the Attributes). Maybe someone can help me figure this out. So I've got PVST loading the Mobius VST 2 Looper. I've had PVST learn Mo...

Re: Modern Sequence Editor
WDE, is there a way to have a version of MSE that still has the seperate window? I like that it completely replaces the default Buzz Sequence Editor, but I also really liked the seperate window version. Would it be possible to add this as an attribute? i.e. being able to select either Window version...
