OK I've got it.
It plays the bass note and only the notes specified in the parameters, (just ignore the minor/major info, not relevant).
The bass is doubled one octave below.
For example :
note C-4; chord 7 (Minor: 5-10) plays :
C3, C4, F4, E#4
