Re: BUZZ ALT underlines at first letters are missing
motherfunky XAML. try the underscore. "real" keyboard shortcuts have to be done in the the codebehind though. <MenuItem Header="_Copy Preset (ASCII)" Command="{Binding CopyPresetCommand}" CommandParameter="ASCII"/> <MenuItem Header="C_opy Preset (XML)&qu...

Re: MIDI control for buzzmachines?
Thanks for suggestion, but my installation (64bit Windows 8, 32bit BUZZ) have problems with Peer -machines.. After closing that attached error message, Peerctrl loads but nothing happens when trying to assign parameters. --edit-- I found directions to register envelope.ocx .. trying it now --...

Re: MIDI control for buzzmachines?
How do I map MIDI controller CC's to (any) plugins parameters with least amount of hassle? Is there any text file to edit? Task gets really nasty when there is more than just a few CC's to bind.. Like now when I want to map 64 parameters at once in Polac VST loader (with CTRLR controlling TX81Z). I ...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?
even if dither really made a difference for 16 bit, nobody could tell you THE GOLDEN settings for your input... i don't know, sometimes i wonder why i bother to post here, its like nobody even reads what people write, are we a write-only forum hehe ? I have read this thread from start to end. The f...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?
How about those dithering settings? It would take ages to just test them all with different combinations. Could someone just recommend good all around settings (in CEP 2.1)? My only use would probably be to convert 44.1khz float32bit files to 44.1khz 16bit files. How about defaults (triangular, no n...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?
Thanks for clearing this up. Your explanations really gave me some light in this question. So, as my use of wavs is that i export songs to myself instead of some recording studios and so on, i start to use 32bit float from now on. Especially as i like to do further modifications to wavs with externa...

Re: How to open broken song?
That earlier tool that i used few years ago was probably BUZZ helper. Just found it again... someone suggested that to some other guy in another thread. I checked it and it looked familiar. This have been actually whole series of problems that started when i decided to create "albums" from...

Re: How to open broken song?
Thanks for tip. I tried now -didn't help. Ok, it moved forward to the next plugin and freezed there. :D BUT. When i started blank BUZZ file and tried to import that troublesome track, it worked. After that i removed Jeskola EQ-3 XP and problem was solved this time. One thing though.. after i importe...

How to open broken song?
This has been discussed several times, i know. I actually remember asking this very same question few years ago, and then someone knew the answer right away. This time i just couldn't find that same thread anymore. Perhaps it was in BC. So, how to open song without certain machine? I am opening an o...

Re: chillout, downtempo - something. "building me slowly"
I like it. Which was a small surprise.. i rarely like random ones that comes toward. Mostly because genres don't match, of course. I listen lots of ambient so this was close to something that might come out of my stereos at late nights. I prefer slightly more "electric", techno type of sou...

Re: list of keyboard shortcuts for newer versions of buzz
Is there one for changing song speed in drop menu? Or a way to change speed from the sequencer... i know "normal" speed changes can be done by creating patterns for master and programming changes there, but what if i want (i do) change speed especially from the drop down menu, so that all ...

Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?
What's the difference with HD recorder modes like int32 and float32?
---edit---
Well, both work and i don't get any difference with them -at least not anything that i could hear.. so i guess it doesn't matter. That's why i ended asking it now, after pretty long use.. it just would be NICE to know.

Re: auxsend/return machines
Thanks Pete, i got vocoder working!
And ASIO (audio) input as well.. another thing that i get working just occasionally. I should make music more often so that this things would become common routine.

Re: auxsend/return machines
I couldn't get this working with LD machines either. This AUX bus thingie is something that i need to study every time i try them -still next time i try they don't work, and i need to seek same information again... Same with ASIO inputs and vocoders. It would be nice if there would be up to date tut...

Re: BUZZ ALT underlines at first letters are missing
mnemonic is a real word?
Do you mean that i should learn programming and code my own tracker where i could create keyboad shortcuts as i like..? Or is there some file in BUZZ installation that normal users can edit to achieve this?

Re: Some recent UI/behavior changes
What i miss in the menu is numbers to choose recently opened file quickly with a number button. And having that menu opened with ALT+F before that.
Before opening any song in a list happened in a fraction of a second without even touching mouse.

Re: Installing Win7 over Vista.
Home versions of Vista needs to be upgraded to Home versions of 7 and Business version to Pro -with exception that it is possible to upgrade from every version of Vista to Ultimate 7 (but not Starter). Ok, i had to check that Starter edition because i wasn't sure. :P Note Vista should have SP1 or SP...

BUZZ ALT underlines at first letters are missing
BUZZ ALT underlines at first letters are missing in latest few releases. It slows down my work flow as menus must be opened with a mouse. Besides using mouse a lot is unhealthy for wrists and fingers... that's one reason i use keyboard shortcut everywhere it is possible. And like i said it's quicker...
