Re: BuzzWiki Updates and Thanks [moderated]
Ags has kindly taken a break from messing with gravity and added the current multithreading blacklist to the wiki's page on Gear.xml!

Re: Artificial jazz band
That is some serious free jazz you have there... All it needs is some occasional wrong notes to make it more realistic (that's a jazz smilie imo)

Re: Multithreading blacklist
I took some from the old BC thread, so how about I put a questionable code block with unconfirmed problems? Joa is saying paramEQ is fine as well..

Gear.xml Settings for old machines
Quite a few old machines are incompatible with the new multithreading feature and we built up a small list on BC to let everyone know which they are. To stop a machine using multithreading, you need to edit the gear.xml that can be found in jeskola\buzz\gear. The instructions are in the file, and be...

Re: Buzz On Mac and Arm?
Thanks for your response. I wonder what if I will narrow my area of interests to Windows, MAC-OS and SUSE Linux? Not Solaris nor BSD because they seems to be to rare. They are well known, good supported systems and have stable patron. I was considering other distros of Linux but I'm not sure if the...

Great! I like the little touches you've added like the growing arrows on the connectors, and the keys working on the parameter windowstrobotone wrote:done.

Re: Buzz On Mac and Arm?
Personally I like idea of platform independent applications. It is nothing new - directx, java for example. I'm just starting to learn C++ so I don't know much about programming but I think if I will write new code I will try to do it in a way which will allow to do compilations for varios environm...

Re: What are you listening to?
Last night I was banging on about how Keith Jarrett did a couple of incredible solo preformances, in La Scala in particular. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wO9si26qB0s Listening to that album again now and it still takes my breath away after years of playing it. (seriously, even if you think all mus...

Re: Controlling Transport and Machine Mute with MIDI Control
You need IX Transport (play, pause, stop) and there is an old muting machine that there was some talk of needing replacement... might be quick with the new managed machines, I'll have a look. As Transport isn't on buzzmachines, see attached file. Look at the attributes for which CC's you want. Its a...
Re: mixIO 0.99 RC4
it's a minor quibble, but the different widths of the inertia and stereo icons (right of the headers) are a bit visually confusing, could they be matched for height and width?okapi wrote: Any thoughts or suggestions?

Re: mixIO 0.97 RC2
Great machine, very smooth sound with gain changes, and sooo fast! You should also mention not to use curved wires when using the multi i/o feature on the readme. If one does (I realise this is pre-existing) the input dots snap over the top of each other. i never realised that, been using cur...
