Re: MIDI keyboard and Buzz - via VSTI only?

BONUS QUESTION: I have noticed that when changing presets in a generator, it resets the MIDI Channel so I have to reconfigure it each time. Is this just because it's a preset option or could this be a glitch? ADDENDUM: Maybe this is just in the case of FSM Infector. It's a known issue with Infector...

Re: Modular MIDI Mogrifying Madness

Google Drive does weird things with zip files, so I packaged everything up into an installer. (This is the exe version with JRE7 included).

exe version with bundled Java Runtime 7

Customized icon, splash screen and everything!

(The exe file needs to stay in the folder with the jar file and everything else due to path information, but you can of course make a shortcut and move that wherever you like)

Re: Modular MIDI Mogrifying Madness

i downloaded midi_mogrifier.jar, but it didn't open when i double clicked on it. is there some special java-fu i have to use to run it? Did you get any kind of error message, or just the "Windows can't open this file" dialog that you get when the OS doesn't recognize the file extension? (...

Re: Modular MIDI Mogrifying Madness

You're clearly insane. Documentation completed. I defy anyone to download and run the latest build , open the Usage Guide, read through all of the information in the tabs under 'Concepts & Features in Detail' and then not agree that some type of insanity was afoot in the making of this thing. h...

Exactly my feeling about it after I stopped coding and starting trying to write the documentation (which is only about a third of the way finished at this point).

Re: Surround and/or multi-channel music

Just curious here. has anyone in here been experimenting in making music with more than two channels? Like e.g. music for a four-speaker setup or even surround? I attended a 'new music' performance on Friday that got me thinking about this very thing. The event itself (which, for the acutely curiou...

Re: wavetable stuff

they do work in matilde (assign two different root notes..). But yeah, i don't think that whole feature is ready to use to be honest, there isn't even a way to delete layers in the new gui right now. Ah, success. But, to actually get a layering result it seems (currently) necessary to do per-root t...

Re: wavetable stuff

another one to remember: when a layer other than 0 is edited, we rebuild the whole slot. after this happens the view is reset to layer 0. we should make it so the view goes to the layer you edited again after you executed a command. When you say "layer" you're talking about the multi-samp...

Hey tinga, one more thing: how does one switch between different text presets? (Doesn't seem to be cc4 like in v2?)
