Re: ReBuzz
Qsamo and other things are part of the (still secret) Buzz code and thus don't exist in ReBuzz.
It hurts, I know.

Re: ReBuzz
I used A LOT SampleGrid (all versions) still in all my songs, well about minimum 75% of it. As I didnt re-install SGrid 3 atm I dont remember if there was an alternate way of loading samples (still sure it can loads drumkits). SGrid should still let you load drumkits and there are lots of VST sampl...

Re: SampleGrid3 BETA 1
I haven't really gone into the PeerCtrl code, it's mostly a mystery to me.
Not likely to look anytime soon either I'm afraid. Probably quicker to learn how to code it yourself than wait for me to get around to it.

Re: Back to Buzz
1- what version should i install? 32 bit or 64 bit? There aren't that many 64bit machines but then again, everybody is phasing out 32bit VSTs, so if you use lots of VSTs then 64 is probably best whereas if you stick to native Buzz then 32 would be the way to go. Having said that, you can install bo...

Re: SampleGrid3 BETA 1
No, I got distracted by Magic and most other stuff fell by the wayside.
Unfortunately there's only one of me.

Re: IX Magic 1.18 - July 22nd, 2024
Re. keyboard filtering. The option to turn it off was in case there was an issue with international keyboards but I don't think that's possible now, as the underlying system changed significantly several versions ago. Re. removed attributes. If by some chance you'd set gear.xml defaults for these, y...

Re: IX Magic 1.18 - July 22nd, 2024
Update time! Some good stuff in this one, fixes, features, improvements but all that pales into insignificance compared to the fact that the active Step is now shown in the object list. Whoop, I say! Whoop! 2024.06.10 IX Magic 1.18 at buzz.robotplanet.dk + Fixed crash when parsing peer pingpon...

Re: IX Magic 1.17b - June 10th, 2024
I know I keep praising this amazing machine, but I gotta do it again ... I love hearing how people are using my machines. Magic was first conceived as a live performance tool so it's great that you're using it that way. The next update will bring a few quality of life features to make it a bit easi...

Thanks Candle. For the sake of balance I should point out that other people make machines too.

Re: does 32-bit float recording glitch for other people?
Yeah, I had similar trouble with float32, tiny random spikes and drops peppered across the output file. That was several years and a different laptop ago so I've not tried recently but 32bit int is a ridiculous amount of dynamic range, I don't think it's much of a compromise.
