Re: kibibu serpent 20050304 source code from the ether....

Also, I'd go hog wild if anyone has any Serpent, Green Milk or other Kibubu machines and esp presets lurking around that haven't been shared at all lately!

Re: kibibu serpent 20050304 source code from the ether....

I never played with Serpent but it's pretty wild. I kind of dig synths that are just so fkking hard to get under control somehow. Masochism I guess. Anyone have a copy of Capsicum? Was that native Buzz too? Green milk's obviously one of the greats! Wish these heroes were still putting out machines!

I'm still seeing problems using brave browser on my phone. Not sure about desktop.. Tried mailing the support address, who actually looks after it? See attached.

Re: IX Magic 1.19 - October 13th, 2024

I've been looking at machines which might help me do controller stuff in ReBuzz and that means it's definitely time I got my head around Magic.... Any idea why when I try to load it into ReBuzz it's looking for the settings file in my orig Buzz x86 install? If I chuck the 'IX Magic' folder from the ...

Re: ReBuzz

Nice one, thanks. That fftw_2.1.3_float.dll catches me every time I try and set up Buzz from scratch! Use dtblockfx probably more than I should!

Re: ReBuzz

First off, massive thanks for the latest update! It's mind-blowing to see this project getting some traction and the Buzz legacy living on. I use basically the same setup for all my tunes with various different instrument machines around the edges. No VSTS, always 6 synths, 1 bass and several drum k...

Re: ReBuzz

Feature request: I was talking with an old buzz-user friend the other night and we thought how cool would it be if you could 'clone with patterns' a set of machines but then switch them to be linked to the original set of machines. The idea being you could take a set of machines and use them as an i...

Polac VST (effects) window sizing.

I'm trying to use a couple of vst3 effects with the latest Polac adapter. Namely https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/izotope/ozone-11-eq/ and https://www.voxengo.com/product/span/ Having a heck of a time with window sizing. The Ozone one doesn't really jive because the window is never lar...

Re: psi drum kits

I'm finding samplegrid and PSI drumkits very useful these days but one very annoying thing is that the drumkit manager mentioned in this thread only seems to accept 16bit 44100kHz files. I can live with 16bit but 48000kHz would be much better for me. Does anyone have any idea who made this and if th...

Re: ReBuzz

Also get this error from trying to start audio with quite a lot of machines loading correctly now. Only dtblockfx is having major issues I think. Perhaps this is a known issue. If there's a better place to report these then do let me know. I'm enjoying testing it!

Re: ReBuzz

Yes, thanks. The x64 latest patchbay does load to the point of allowing the params window with patch matrix to display. I do get the error below though, if that's of interest to anyone.

Good point. I've copied it from old Buzz but I guess I can run the x64 version under ReBuzz so I'll give that a bash later.

Re: ReBuzz

My setup is quite dependent on IX's patchbay, at least for now. I get the following error on loading it and trying to open the .net-based window for it but it feels like the error is a bit deeper than just a missing lib.. Anyone any thoughts? I have a lot of visual c++ and .NET packages installed no...
