Re: Recording from Peerchord
Here's how to do it in case anyone want's to (Klangkulisse). - Simply attach peerchord to a VST that sends midi notes as an intermediary step. I recommend one of the great Pizmidi generators: http://thepiz.org/plugins/?p=pizmidi - Set that machine to have the correct number of tracks (I know next to...

Re: Why is Buzz 64-bit installed in AppData/Local?
Probably the way Windows 8 - 10 doesn't allow standard user write access to program files anymore. But I don't know for sure.

Re: Recording from Peerchord
Hey thanks for trying. I wonder if you or anyone else has a version of "old buzz" where you can test this out. I think I have a customized one on an old hard drive somewhere but I doubt it's even hooked up.

Recording from Peerchord
I swear I used to be able to record "midi" from peerchord into a VST for example. I even remember doing it when I didn't want to (like accidentally pushing F7 instead of F6). It doesn't seem to work now..
Can anyone confirm that it still works / point me in the right direction?

Re: Natural reverb enlargement technique.
This sounds like a sound idea. haha. But seriously I really have to start mucking around with mic's more. Thanks for the inspiration. Also, I thought the title was sarcastically referring to penis pills, since there's a history of those spams in this community on various boards.

Re: Pattern XP mod
Is it possible to enable pattern conversion or compatibility between the "regular" and "alternate" versions of the mod? I accidentally had both in my folder and well... Lets just say there's the potential for lots of confusion... Plus a weird crash in wpfgfx_v0400.dll sometimes h...

Re: Unwieldy Tracker - Sample pools
It means sample number C9 - E8. Just put in your note at C4 and change the sample to C9 to select pool 0. It doesn't do round-robin AFAIK though, just randomly selects a sample.

Re: would anybody else find this useful? (pattern editor)
IMO it would be cumbersome to hide notes but I'm interested to see what others think. To work with a smaller pattern sizes and still get triplets or whathaveyou, I'd experiment with either using note-delays or sub-patterns. If you get the hang of sub-patterns I think they're a more intuitive way of ...

your method for live sync
Hello all, I'm working with a bass player who uses a loop pedal that does not sync to midi. I thought it was impossible to avoid drifting when trying to sync another loop source with a pedal like this because you can never start the loop at the exact same time. I'm hoping someone has experience to p...

Wrapping for Unwieldy Tracker offset commands
Would it be difficult for some cool dev or script-kiddy like me to add some kind of wrapping to Unwieldy Tracker's 66 and 67 commands? These commands are GREAT and I'll tell you why! Have a long sample cut to the beginning of the beat and know it's in the tempo of your song? Jump to a later tick wit...

Re: popping with multiple instances of unwieldytracker
The latest version is unstable. The one with the multi-outs can crash when you have multiple versions in a song. The old one seems to work alright.

Re: Synth dreaming..
I'm not listing on very good speakers, but I'm venturing a guess that it may be less complex. Just a dual osc, with one playing an impulse-like waveform and pitched way down might give similar percussive, glitch effects and not be noticeably pitching up or down. It's variably filtered too so it's ev...

Re: new pvst beta (updated 25-Dec-2014)
I think I noticed a small bug:
Inertia seems to follow Param Slide. In other words, say you have the inertia turned off and do a param slide of speed 0200. Refresh the settings GUI and the inertia will be 2 ticks. Not a huge deal as you can just set inertia back but it takes up a row to do so.

Wow, I listened to him around the time I started using Buzz. So it'd be very appropriate to help him now that he's moved on and I've stayed behind (in more ways then one).

Re: Pattern XP mod
I found a bug in the behavior of the "add / shrink" pattern commands. When you click the "shrink pattern" button it actually increases rows per beat and will let you increase it beyond the limit. You get a blank pattern when you do this. It's my understanding that this command sh...

Re: patternist: trigger patterns with notes
Thanks for the update. It's working as before now and crash free. Very handy way to do sub-patterns, which is how I'm using it. Though I can see the value as an updated version of BTD's Live, or the one Oskari made not that long ago. After playing around with it as a sequencing/sub-pattern tool, I r...

Re: patternist: trigger patterns with notes
Woah! That's a nice gift for the whole family! I was talking about doing quick assignments from within the "assign note to pattern" dialog, but having the quick access to the patterns from within the main GUI is an even better feature. I did encounter a strange behavior though where I need...

Re: patternist: trigger patterns with notes
Neat machine. I got it to crash by pressing the bar param down arrow to see if it would go to zero. Obviously it doesn't. Very useful machine and I could see using it all the time with different sized PxP patterns as was already mentioned. Any plans to make accessing the patterns quicker? If ...
Re: Buzz
I think the reason I like Buzz is the same reason a lot of people scream and run away from it. From this Reddit thread: http://www.reddit.com/r/funny/comments/2gkgvk/i_just_want_to_park In general, developers actually like clutter, which is a design no-no. Generally we prefer to see every damn thing...

Re: Pattern XP mod
inb4 you get bored of working on this, The only gripe I have about PXP is that it has no ability to "copy format" of the columns. So if you do a lot of customization for a new pattern, but then want to incorporate an old pattern, you have to add the same columns again. I often wonder why a...
