Re: the new awesome pattern editor has some bugs
i forgot about this too, it's pretty cool. the ability to play just the pattern you're working on without muting/soloing stuff in the sequencer is handy. One of the rare occasions when I felt I was really contributing was when I suggested this - spacebar in pattern view. I still have a few up the s...

Re: setting up audiophile 2496 on win7 x64

I used to have the audiophile 2496 way back in the days. Buffer (sample rate, etc) was set within the audiophile control panel:

Re: matilde and unwieldy tracker volume ramping..
Sorry for hijacking, but this has been on my mind aswell. I'm glad I wasn't alone.
It would be awesome to have separate attack ramp and release ramp options (and whatever you set them to, would be default every time you load that machine).

Re: using multile midi devices with buzz
I use MidiTrix along-side Buzz all the time. I have three controllers. http://www.hermannseib.com/miditrix.htm (free) Would love if Buzz had multiple midi inputs in preferences/options though (instead of just one). edit: Oh, forgot - I use Miditrix in conjunction with Midi Yoke (I just forgot to men...

Lol at the fatigueing total brickwall/distortion and the unlistenable noise. Thanks anyway!

Re: Saving that Speed setting
The "warm tone" is just pitch down, basically. Changing the sample rate playback speed (by semi-tones) does that.
Yes, I use the TPB and SPD quite often, mostly to check intricate micro-edits.

Re: Favorite experimental effect that can be modulated?
Maybe a trick question?
Every FX that can be modulated or peer-controller-modulated IS a favorite experimental effect.
To play it safe I would say "BRB PixelPops", but that one is a synth, not an effect.

Re: Weird graphics issues just got even weirder
Thanks for enlighting me about this "problem"! Now everything is smaller but crisper. Great on bigger screen and/or dual screen. Funny enough, Firefox recently fucked up their display (with v.22) by "zooming in" on certain webpages, which made everything look wierd (blurry and un...

Re: How did you get your nickname?
Had a dream. Woke up. Wrote down "EVELON" in capital letters (as it seemed important) in my note-book.
Weeks later I flipped through the note book and figured "hmm, that was a pretty cool name".
Still don't remember the dream though.

"Elevators". Lol. There's no indication on individual sweetspots and trouble-areas. I already know these (having a sound engineer diploma and working in a recording studio for 8+ years), but it would be very helpful for those starting out. It's also missing alot of other important instrume...
