Mixing in Buzz (Please discuss)
Hey folks, still deep in some mixing projects in Buzz. Finally giving my 2010-2014 material a well-needed facelift. Does anyone here want to share some screenshots of your Machine View for a mixing workflow? Or cools tips and tricks to share? I feel like I go a bit overboard sometimes so I'm trying ...

Re: Need simplest pitch shifter by cents
Chimp's is just what I'm looking for! Uses less than half the CPU of my old setup, 0.5% - 1.5% in the CPU monitor. It's been sitting in my effects folder and I've overlooked it this whole time lmao.... Thanks a bunch, you rock!

Re: Sooooo, is buzz dead again ?
I've been using buzz straight through since 2006. I have a lot of songwriting tied up in it. The layout and routing options in Buzz make it both impractical and foolish to port my songs to a more modern DAW. Honestly, after using Buzz for so long, trying to learn a new DAW I see a lot of way it's le...

Need simplest pitch shifter by cents
Hey folks. I'm looking for the simplest, least intensive way to tune a signal by a few cents. Preferably Buzz native. Using this on doubled tracks, to detune the copies slightly for a chorus effect. I don't need all the bells and whistles that usually come with a tuner plugin, just one detune contro...

Re: Help please! Generators play the wrong notes.
Changing the sample rate in the audio driver settings fixed the problem! Thank you very very much!! I would have never thought of that.

Help please! Generators play the wrong notes.
Hello folks! I seek your guidance once more. I'm encountering a very strange problem with Buzz. My VSTs are operating normally, but when I use a native Buzz generator, the actual pitch does not match the note I type in the sequence. I confirmed this using a tuner, and in fact everything is sounding ...

Trying to find old "BMX fixer" tool
So I seem to remember in a time long long ago, there was a really bitchin program that would let you edit the contents of a BMX file without loading it in Buzz. Remove corrupted stuff, etc. The frustrating part is that I can't remember what it's called and can't find it anywhere. Does anyone have a ...

Awesome! Makes my life much easier. Perhaps in future projects I'll get some mixers involved. Thanks, rock on dudes.

Re: Everything into Master, or mixer machine?
Thanks for the input guys. I suppose I should re-phrase my question slightly though... Assuming that I already have all the panning, eq, levels, etc. taken care of by other machines, is there much of a difference in the way the Master machine sums all of the audio signals, compared to a mixer?

Everything into Master, or mixer machine?
If this is a stupid question, please forgive my ignorance. When mixing and exporting, I usually run everything into the Master machine, or the JedShiva Meter then the Master. Lately I've been considering changing over to some sort of mixer, whether it's native Buzz or VST doesn't matter, but my ques...
