Re: thOke's XML Templates
i'm using win7 x64 and the x86 version of buzz. how does one "hack in" the skin with secondskin? a google search turns up a lot of wierd bands and some clothing websites but no skin software tools. i would really like to explore the possibilities of v2 but i cant do much with it without ac...

Re: glovepie script question
this appears to be an issue with qsamo. i tried this script with a vst and it worked fine. now i've got to figure out how to change midi cc1 with the left analog stick. this is something that may be obvious to people who have worked with programming knobs/sliders (x-posted from the seemingly defunct...

i'm new to writing scripts in general, so i was hoping someone could tell me where i'm screwing this one up. what i'm trying to do is use glovePIE to make a ps2 dualshock controller send midi notes. i've got it so that triangle (button1) and circle (button2) send c3 and c4 notes, respectiv...

Re: What are you listening to?
...Marko Fürstenberg... i've been listening to gesamtlaufzeit a lot lately. definitely some good stuff there. right now i'm listening to backjam (jennyrave remix) [thoke magmavander koalapanx] that i downloaded from buzztunes. i've got it looping and have probably been listening to it for an hour n...

Re: Vocals in buzz
If the vocal is very long I use Fuzzpilz Inp to be able to star playing the song anywhere and having the vocal played in sync with the position, no need to replay at the start of the pattern to hear it. this machine is not available on buzzmachines.com and i couldnt find it with a quick google sear...

Re: Setting your midi controller.
i'm using an m-audio keystudio 49 with these settings: masterkeyboardmode=true, midifiltering=true, reopen midi input=false. i think those are the defaults. have you tried going to preferences>midi input and selecting your controller from the dropdown menu?

Re: African shuffle
tried to figure this out but couldnt... how do you change subtick timing?
this is really cool. i had tried to make some cumbia style songs before but it never sounded right on the normal subtick timing. these rhythms are spot on. great job!

Re: How to enable Buzz splash screen?
Hmmm I've been wondering if it's because I'm using Windows XP that Buzz is taking so long to boot up? The machine parameter windows also take a while to open after clicking especially the more complex synths that have a ton of parameters like Fuzzpillz Cheese. i had this problem until i switched to...
