Re: SFZ 2.0

Sorry, I misunderstood the sfz file format with soundfont. For sfz there is only vst I guess, sforzando but also as free vst : QIREX Player : https://vst4free.com/plugin/1243/ Another SFZ player : https://vst4free.com/plugin/1703/ But again, XS-1 is a fantastic machines to use with soundfonts (it pl...

Re: SFZ 2.0

I dont know exactly about sfz 2.0 but Jeskola XS-1 load soundfonts in high quality.
I often use soundfont and always with it.
I think it's installed with buzz install, you dont have to add it manualy.

Re: Tell me why : the game

And you can download a free game from Dontnod, made for Square Enix, as a demo for Life Is Strange, a good example of Dontnod games :

PS : I think my daughter is not involved in this one.

Is your daughter holding the "o"?
No, she's on the left, middle range, behind a guy with a red scarf and glasses :)
Yeah Dontnod is known for this kind of game.
Thanks HF!!

Re: Tell me why : the game

Hi Xeno, thanks for the hope :D

Let us know when you want some people to test your games.
Her boyfriend also works in video game, he is more in technical stuff (gui, testing, etc).
He works at Focus Home Interactive, also in Paris.

Good luck too with your games ;)

Re: Tell me why : the game

Thanks TS!! She's very nervous about how people will react to this game as it shares unusual point of view. She wrote most of dialogues and have supervised actors when recording voices, bot in Los Angeles and in Paris. This was cool because she was 8 days in L.A for that :D She's also Game Designer ...

Tell me why : the game

Hello, my daughter have worked on a new video game from Dontnod Entertainment (they made games like Life is Strange, Vampyr, Remember me, etc). She's Narrative Designer and Game Designer on this project. She's very involved in this game and we hope it will be a success. At the moment it's a Microsof...

Re: Need some way to line up two wav's visually

Hi,

I tried your bmx, following your instructions. Starts fine and at around 01:00 begins glitches.
After glitches doesnt seems to stop.
In the wavetable view the sample seems ok. At last you can export.
But yes, its annoying to listen it with glitches.
I'm on W10 64, latest buzz install.

Re: GuitarChordBox

Yeah!! Great adds  The random delay is really cool at low value, very interesting to humanize the "play". The delay works also very very well. I think it can be cool ;) for simulating strumming down and up like this : DOWN -0 delay >>0 -1 delay >> 1 -2 delay >> 2 -3 delay >> 3 -4 de...

Re: Fuzzpilz Trigger Trigger

Peer Trigger can add tracks : PeerTrigger triggers other machines from a percussive input. Basically it "listens" to the input and when it hears a "hit" (when the signal rises sharply in amplitude) it triggers whatever other machine's parameter you tell it to. ... If you've used ...

Re: GuitarChordBox

Just one word : FAN-TAS-TIC!!!!! Just played with it and the free accoustic guitar vst by amplesound. Just some thoughts : Is it possible to have arpeggios based on the arpeggio mode of PatternXP mod or any other type of arpeggios ? Like you choose the chord in GuitarChordBox and then which arpeggio...

Re: GuitarChordBox

I still have to put some order in my list and complete it with more chords inversions, with the transpose option, it will be a nice chords bank, guitar chords are specific construction.
Great Tinga! Thank you and thanks of course to wde :D
Huge work btw

Maybe also put the end (ctrl E) some lines after the last pattern in Sequencer ?

Re: High resolution

It seems, after reading a professional advice, that 24 bits and 44.1hz is ok. That's what I will use 8-)
Dont forget that CD quality is 16bits/44.1 khz.
The 8 bits in addition (16+8 to get 24) when working on the sound is to have more room for applying fx or mastering.
