Re: Polac Asio - "ASIO Driver open Failure"
I initially thought the same thing since I had both Reaper and Buzz open at the same time - but after closing out of both and re-opening buzz, it still persists. Double checking, Reaper runs under WASAPI anyway. Even after restarts, I've attempted switching to Polac ASIO and I still recieve the erro...

Re: Polac Asio - "ASIO Driver open Failure"
I do have it installed, yes. As far as using it in buzz, not really ever used it. I usually always ran WASAPI.

Re: MidiInput init failed
I'll post these pics to make it a little more clear on what I'm doing here since I know reading and visualizing can be a pain :D http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm60/fetusink/x86ShouldWork.jpg http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm60/fetusink/x86Failure.jpg In the above picture, choosing 'ASIO' is...

Polac Asio - "ASIO Driver open Failure"
I, for whatever reason, am not ever able to open up Polac Asio anymore without getting this message. (on both x86 and x64 Buzz)
Thoughts? Taking any and all suggestions to attempt to fix this.

Re: MidiInput init failed
I'm going to dig this up because after months of not using Buzz, I'm now syncing with Reaper as of tonight, and I'd like to get everything up and working in full again. Problem ... same thing as above. Only thing is, in the new case, I'm playing my Midi Keyboard and sending the data to Reaper. Reape...

Re: Need Kibibu Simple Gain.dll
Or upload it to some file sharing site. I know not many allow users from the US anymore though. Edit: Never mind. Through some research this was definitely a false positive. Basically wanted to delete the file just because it had a low reputation. Still not sure why it didn't do it with the other .d...

Need Kibibu Simple Gain.dll
I have searched buzzmachines.com (including Kibibu stereo tools, but it wasn't in there like I originally thought) and on google but can't seem to find it. Well actually I did, and for whatever reason the one I tried downloading was deleted by my antivirus because it had some sort of "high risk...

Re: Project Obscura
will you be doing more stuff like this in the future ? I can guarantee it! I've been experimenting with a lot of different styles lately, and since I did more industrial and metal shit in my past I can't help but throw in some of the darker influences upon these pieces. Granted, not every piece wil...

Re: Project Obscura
Thanks! I ended up getting Symphonic Orchestra Platinum, Pianos, Gypsy, Ra, Silk, Stormdrum 2 Pro, and Goliath. As far as ease of use, to be honest I think its fantastic. Its just a matter of switching articulations for different notes - which can get tedious at times - but its really not all that b...

Project Obscura
Just finished up a piece that has a heavy gypsy influence, and is done entirely with the East West Quantum Leap libraries.

Re: Bad metallic playback in Windows 7?
Thank you! I am going to attempt this. I've also noticed that 'ringing' artifact in sound on occasion. Mostly with say electronic bass drums with not a lot of high end. I always seem to have to be bouncing around between 44.1k/48k in all sorts of different programs and including windows to try and g...

Re: Machine View - 'Type to Search' function
No more ideas on what could be up with the highlight issue I'm having? I'm wondering if its possible a setting in Windows itself, but I never changed anything, and as I said before, older versions of buzz work perfectly fine highlight-wise. By the way, thanks to Oskari for fixing the 'searching for ...

MidiInput init failed / Syncing Buzz and Reaper
I can not for the life of me figure out why I can't get my midi-in to read in Buzz. Reaper picks it up instantly, whether I start the program with it connected or turn it on while its running. Buzz, no matter what settings I try, connecting it and turning it on before I start buzz or not, constantly...

Qsamo (bug?)
I'm uploading a very very simple bmx that I made with a pattern of random notes (doctored up so it doesn't sound /completely/ obnoxious, even though it still does) - but so far I've been able to reproduce this multiple times. Play the song, hit mute, and unmute, maybe a few times and you'll start to...

Re: Machine View - 'Type to Search' function
I already had went through the windows default and WPF modes but nothing changes it. The Wavetable I guess is fine? It seems to look and feel more like Windows 7 than the highlighting method used in the search function in machine view. But, I did find its not only just the search function with this ...

Re: Machine View - 'Type to Search' function
Ok, theres definitely something wrong with my 'highlight' feature in the newer builds of buzz. I downloaded and ran 1423, just to try an older version, and the highlighting works like it should, automatically highlighting the first name under your search. I thought maybe MY 1458 folder had something...
Re: mixIO 1.1
send me the bmx and i'll find out. Won't have to, I already understand it now. It was a resonance issue. You do have a point that its misleading, but as far as I always knew, a "clip" was when the meter hit the max and distorted the sound. Whether thats happening in the machine or the mas...
Re: mixIO 1.1
Well, I admit. I don't understand then. I'm not an audio guru. I just made a patch, and ... as far as I can tell am not 'increasing by 6dB anywhere' , and well, it clips. So don't cap me, just inform me.
Re: mixIO 1.1
I know I'm not sure about that. Here's a pretty massive clip generated with a patch in Qsamo. Nothing more. And definitely clipping at Mr. Jedshiva, which is obviously before master.IXix wrote:Are you sure about that?UNZ wrote:nothing inside of buzz (before master) clips.
