Re: Is there a MIDI Filter in Buzz?
Hi, it should be possible to do fix this with the right midi vst. There was a freeware plugin called mfxscript that should be able to fix this program offset problem, but unfortunately the plugin is not available anymore as it seems. Also the is a plugin called VstLua which might help here too. What...

Re: VST GUI opening problem.
Hi, by default the vst gui should show up centered on your primary display monitor, if the gui is opened for the first time. What happens if you try to open the gui via machine doubleclick and then pressing ctrl+shift? This should also center the gui on your primary display again. Or does the settin...

Hi, i tried the kontakt 5 player without any problems here, it loads the instruments fine. However it can freeze on instrument load if you have the "autostop process on silence" option enabled.

Re: Probs with Waves plugins in old buzz and Toxic2 VSTi in
Hi, thanks for the toxic demos. I found out that it is somehow related to the compilers or compiler configuration. If I compile the loaders with vs2008 the plugins load fine without crashing however if using vs2010 the crash on load. I'll do some more testing let's see if I get them to work with vs2...

Re: Midivst timing issue when using machines with latency >
Hello polac, I've just noticed that if one add any machine which reports latency > 0 back to buzz, it be will compensated for (global setting in buzz). This again seems to screws up the midi timing when using midivst. I tested this with midivst (external gear) and adding joachips Neptune (latest ve...

Hi, perhaps it helps to run Toxic as a separate process(holding shift while loading a plugin)?

Re: Can't get midi out to work
Hi, do you have "Sync to Asio Timestamp" enabled in the ASIO Settings? If yes this might be the problem, there is a bug when enabling this one.

Re: new pvst beta (updated 06-May-2012)
Hello, ok, so I have a new problem  With the b23 loaders the Waves Kramer Master Tape plugin loaded fine, but with b24, it doesn't. Not sure what's happening. The PSP plugs work like a charm. I contacted Waves customer service, and they told me that waves products do not support Buzz hehehe,...

Re: new pvst beta (updated 09-Apr-2012)
Hello, THANK YOU for the amazing work you've put into this! Love these loaders man! One thing, has anyone been having an issue with the PSP plugs, like N20 for instance? the dry signal only feeds through the left, nothing is coming out of the right speaker, not sure what is happening... Hi, i check...

I cant quote my quote of a quote... or something.. So new post :) Regarding the problem with buzz crashing while loading bmx's containing "asio in", Ive done some testing. It seems the problem lies with pvst post b19. The "audio-in" crash occurs with both b21 & b22. i couldn...

Re: new pvst beta (updated 06-Mar-2012)
2 ASIO Out machines can have different outputs and work simultaneously, but if I reload the .bmx with 2 or more ASIO Out machines present, Buzz crashes. Also, an ASIO Out machine completely disables the Master output. I know this was designed usage awhile ago, but thought there were some changes. I...

Thanks for this example, however no noise bursts etc. for me with this song, and I also had the additional machines installed here. I tried various audio drivers and samplerate settings with multithreading on/off but no result.

Hi polac, first off, thanks for all the effort you put in the polac series :) Now, I have a little issue with the naming of external devices & midivst that i hoped you could shed some light over. Currently i have 2 external synths, a Dave Smith Mopho (connected with old fashion midi DIN plugs v...

On win7 it works here out of the box at least with avi/wmv. I think I had .mp4/.flv working here too with the right codecs.

Re: High CPU in new Buzz, but MUCH lower in Reaper...
Even if I turn "on" Multi-Threading Buzz is still much higher... and I seem to be able to run twice as much stuff in Reaper than Buzz. I mean I have never been able to run 15 high quality synths in Buzz without having to start recording to WAV... I am still running in Reaper and adding sy...
