Re: which audio interface are you using with buzz?
thanks everyone
ags, that's just bizarre. I tried it on 2 different pcs and spent hours troubleshooting. maybe they just horked up the 6i6 driver. :/

which audio interface are you using with buzz?
I've had a tascam us144 mk2 for a long time and it has served me pretty well, but i want to upgrade to something with more inputs and outputs. I tried to do this by getting a focusrite scarlett 6i6, and that turned out to be a mistake. no polac asio support and their proprietary asio driver didn't w...
Re: Atoms
nice groove, i really like the bassline. the drums are nice too, they have a subtle complexity. very original piece.

Re: Switching to Buzz with zero knowledge, HELP!
1)How should I automate vst parameters or parameters in general. Currently, I am only aware of the auto learn feature of the Polac vst, are there any other ways? 2) I found peer LFO!! any alternatives that I should be aware of? 3) Also is there a way to sidechain in buzz? I know sidechain compressi...

Re: Returning to buzz: ASIO4ALL / Midi questions
(couldn't find my old login so new account) Hi, have used Buzz for over 10 years but am installing on a different computer (old one is kaput) and having setup issues. Sadly, it's been so long I've forgotten all the old troubleshooting basics. Soo..... 1) Have installed ASIO4ALL but isn't showing as...

Re: Buzz crashing
Hi i seem to be having a problem with buzz crashing every time if i leave it with a song setup. I always save anyway. I have noticed if you leave it for any length of time it crashes every time. I do this when i am using big sample libraries that take ages to load. It just to save waiting time does...

Re: everything is a noise burst, help
sounds like you installed 64 bit buzz since you aren't seeing asio4all in preferences. can you install 32 bit buzz, and see if you still have the bursts? if so, can you open view>preferences>waveoutput>config and post a screenshot of wasapi config? You can do this for asio4all as well, since it shou...

Re: Switching to Buzz with zero knowledge, HELP!
1) Is it possible to do feedback in buzz? by that I mean sending one of the outputs of a machine to the input of that same machine after some processing, to create a feedback loop. I tried it out directly and it doesn't seem to work, any other way? 2) what machines would you recommend for pitch shi...

Re: Buzz in Live Situations
I use Buzz with two Novation Launchpads and a PyBuzz script I wrote. The script associates positions in the Buzz sequence window with different buttons on one of the Launchpads - if you press a button the cursor jumps to the corresponding position in the sequence, and whatever patterns are there ge...

Re: What's your favourite filters and why?
Joachim's Tethys 1.3, no contest. Still the best sounding filter I've heard in any software. Absolutely trounces anything else I've heard especially in commercial products (like a lot of Buzz machines if I'm being perfectly honest). I also really enjoy Fuzzpilz' 4pf as well, which is the crazy vers...
