Hyper Sonic 2 Issue.

Hey guys wish you all a merry xmas. Recently I’ve been having some difficulties with some of the plugins I use in buzz especially Hyper Sonic 2. There is this annoying 50hz / 60hz noise that has been added to all of it’s sound-bank. When I use it on stand alone mode none of the sounds has that annoy...

An issue with kv331 synthmaster.

I got this issue when running kv331 audio synthmaster that it runs with too many clicks in less than a second and whatever you do the clicks remain the same, I’m not sure if the vst is too heavy on the processor or it’s only mine that has not been installed properly or I should do some adjustments o...

Hi, the other night I was working on a project and out of the blue it crashed and closed buzz and since last night every time I try to open the song buzz crashes and freezes. Any idea on how to recover the song or at least how I can be able to open the song again? I feel I’m lost since the last nigh...

Re: Asio Latency Help

@Boomboxx so at the end of the day you say it was your hard drive causing the latency issue cuz I'm having some similar issues when recording vocals through adobe audition cs5 and cs6 both. could you please view my other thread regarding the issue and see if you've had the same issue? http://forums....

Hi Evelon, I have not changed any setting on the control panel of my soundcard nor any of other soundcard related stuffs. Latency Issue.

recently some latency has got into my soundcard (m-audio delta 10/10 LT) and I don't know what is causing this unpleasant change. so when I'm recording a track through the microphone there is this annoying latency like there is a delay on your voice. 1. I'm recording in adobe audition cs6 2. recentl...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?

I have recorded my vocal lines in a 32 bit float session but again clipping happens or so I felt, cuz again I'm recording in a digital domain which shows 0 as the max threshold and going way beyond it will be clipped, I tested that by shouting out loud in the mic. but still something not even 60% cl...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?

mcpete how exactly you benefit from something going way beyond 0 ? I mean isn't the max threshold 0 on digital domain? and assuming if you were to send your stuffs to a mastering studio, you should leave some headroom for the engineers to be able to work on your track so then again you have never us...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?

Hi Joachim, assuming if I have recorded my vocal lines in 32 bits float in another host, won’t it change the output quality if I then export it as a 24 bit wave file? I mean the hard disk recorder will do any dithering or what’s the process? And regarding what you have mentioned, buzz is only capabl...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?

Assuming if you have a limiter at the end of the chain and you have already set the ceiling of your limiter to -0.1, is it still able to produce any clipping or noise burst? and what do you recommend as the final export, generally? 32 bit or 32 bit IEEE float? And also if you had the item I would be...

Re: Hard disk recorder modes, int32 vs. float32?

Mantratronic, I was not quit following you, what does it mean 32 bit is clipped and the other one is not? Doesn’t clipping occur when you set your limiter to get some amount of reduction? And also I have exported in both mode 32bit and 32 bit float and there was absolutely no change in RMS of any of...

changing the tempo of a track.

The question might not be related to buzz but I was wondering how I can change the tempo of a recorded track? There is this vocal line that I have recorded on the tempo of 130bpm and I want to change it to 128 or 126 (the recorded vocal line) is there any software, plug-in or trick that can do that?
