Re: Utrk with outs - buggy?
Yeah Unweildy Tracker doesn't support multithreading. Check out the BuzzWiki page to see what needs blacklisting - http://buzzwiki.robotplanet.dk/index.php/Gear.xml

Re: PeerCtrl > Master bug ?
Perhaps as a workaround just stick an mt nada (http://www.buzzmachines.com/machineinfo.php?id=1031) at the end of the chain and then peer ctrl the volume level on that instead.

Re: Playing ASIO and non-ASIO at the same time / Asio bridge
Yeah, my EchoAudio fire is multi-client compatible so I can do something like play back audio in Buzz and Reaper at the same time as they're both using ASIO (I don't use ASIO4ALL however) but it seems to be an issue with cross-protocol output. Maybe it's a hardware issue, though if anyone here is ab...

Re: Playing ASIO and non-ASIO at the same time / Asio bridge
I haven't used anything but ASIO hardware on my main PCs for over 13 years. Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, whatever.. Aye me neither (well about a quarter of that time anyway :D ) though the issue I'm trying to get around is using ASIO in Buzz, whilst simultaneously using to DirectSound in Google Chro...

Re: Playing ASIO and non-ASIO at the same time / Asio bridge
Mmm I'm guessing this is a Vista and newer thing - I'm still rocking ol' school XP and there doesn't seem to be a similar option anywhere in the audio hardware controls. BUT IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS: New Windows 7 lappy !!! So hopefully I'll have better luck then ...

Re: Clicks + Crashes with UTrk :/
It's the 11 command on Matilde, though unfortunately it only goes up to 256 ticks (for drums loops though that's usually not so much of an issue)vocodor wrote:i'm using uTrk because of the nice "stretch to x ticks" feature (for drumloops) - afaik matilde doesn't have it..

Playing ASIO and non-ASIO at the same time / Asio bridge ?
Hi guys, This isn't specifically a Buzz issue, but more a query based on the whole ASIO protocol. Basically my main sound device is an Echo Audiofire 4 which supports all the usual protocols (DirectSound, ASIO etc. etc.) though when it uses one type, it'll lock out the other. 99.999% of the time thi...

I can't check the site of the original Insta Jungle as it appears to be down (or 'under construction') but from the descriptions it sounds like this - http://www.buzzmachines.com/machineinfo.php?id=817

Re: Polac ASIO driver (still looking for nonexistent driver)
I (think I) remember having ability to choose my Realtek device as an output from polac asio, but this no longer seems true. Yeah, onboard Realtek cards are definitely not ASIO compatible so that's why you can't directly output to that device through Polac ASIO. As you say the only way you can make...

Cool, cheers man !mantratronic wrote:As the 64-bit build of Buzz is still experimental, I would suggest you keep the 32-bit build as your main one.

Re: Transpose doesn't work?
That's because transposing is SHIFT with Numpad +/- my dear, not CTRL
(Well, unless this special 23-bit version of Buzz does things differently !)

Re: 64-bit
I've been meaning to ask a similar question (though don't want to hijack thepedal's thread) - I'm finally gonna be brought back up to date from the dark ages in the form of a new Sony Vaio 64-bit lappy and wondered which version of Buzz I should install. I was under the [possibly incorrect] impressi...

Re: New LD Mixer?
I use LD Mixer all the time, it works fine on the new buzz builds and doesn't need Overloader. And no Overloader doesn't work on anything other than the original Buzz (it was meant as a way to try and patch issues on something where the source code was no longer available)

Re: Bit of a basic question - trackers?
I use matilde because of e9! in other words, familiarity. but I am having some problems lately. How do I get that sane utracker? Utracker has it's own parameter column exclusively for retriggering. Quoted from another forum as I'm away from my Buzz machine: Parameters, in order: - Tick subdivide - ...

Re: Blacklist Rosengarten?
I've got an old song that uses the bugger so no longer loads (crashes buzz rather than just has the 'crashed' machine status). Is there any way of removing the machine from the bmx and replacing it with a do-nothing type machine (eg MT NADA)?

Re: Bit of a basic question - trackers?
use whatever works Absoultely. I use Matilde just because of the familiarity of the commands and layout due to my migration from FastTracker. For me the only time I use uTrk is to use the loopfit command for samples >256 ticks (due to the limit imposed on the '11' command in Matilde) so yeah use wh...
