Re: AMD Rysen worth it
yeah, what you can read it is a Win10 under the hood, so it should all run, it SHOULD ... originally it was planed as a major update for Win10, you know. Perhaps Oskari is doing an new version for Win11, but I don't believe in that honestly

Re: [solved] Crackling sound!: What is ASIO buffer 2+3 (async)
yes, "...machine wins over what it loads...", indeed. But when I load Abelton or Cubase I think to myself, "how to get an workflow here, it's so overloaded!", hell, what it is not, I admit, just habit in majority... (and laziness )so I stay at buzz

Re: [solved] Crackling sound!: What is ASIO buffer 2+3 (async)
yeah, can confirm. I use polac's incredible and still supported vst loader. Well, anywhere on my drive there is a free Abelton live and Cubase LE version. So theoretically I could test some vsts. But you know, the strength of bozz (and weakness at the same time) is the sparse GUI, so have the orient...

Re: [solved] Crackling sound!: What is ASIO buffer 2+3 (async)
Thanks (ok) for your comment. Yes, an probably underestimated point, machine interaction. I am used now to start BUZZ automatically with high power plan, then jumps back to balanced power plan after closing buzz, automatically, too. So I don't have to care too much about crackling any more. Some pro...

Re: No new members will impact future of buzz
thanx Grids for heads up. Oskari should correct this. Did you send him a message? The last 10 new members were fake users, probably that's the reason.

Re: Flickering drop-down menus in PVST & 64-bit VST2 plugins
The pop into front focus stealing also happens with windows file explorer. It appears only when I am working in buzz with certain vst plugins. SO here it seems an interaction problem between VSTs and perhaps Win(10). Maybe graphic card driver ...

Re: Stealing Focus by Plugins
@ joachip, thanx for reply. So unfortunately polac can do nothing against this kind of stealing of focus :( Have to complain at MS @ temporalsounds. Ok its then perhaps WIn10 related and/or Buzzx86 related (?) Thanx a lot for video! I used oCam by the way ;) EDIT: Its gone in compatibility mode for ...

Re: Stealing Focus by Plugins
Hi, in the attachment you find a zip file containing an example video. (32bit versions used, Win10x64pro) It happens when more than one instances of the plugin are opened with GUI, in the moment of closing GUI, or another plugin (TT meter) and meldaplugins are opened. It does not happen when only on...

thanx River Cricket for caring and clarification . I thought the embedded gui thing is needed for x64 plugins only. I should have installed x86 (vst2) versions of Melda only. I will check all that next week when I have access to my music pc again

Re: new pvst beta (updated 11-Jul-2021)
Hi polac. i have an issue with some vst. they steal the focus and buzz is disappearing into the background. Dont know if that is an issue of pvst at all. it happens with tischmeyers tt meter or the meldaplugins. its an older issue. perhaps it can be solved by an existing option of pvst? I use a han...
