Re: ReBuzz by WDE anybody knows anything?

I am very, very excited by this. I have been using the 64 bit port of Buzz. It feels like it works about 70% of the time. VST3 plugins don't show up. When I mix 32 bit and 64 bit I sometimes get weird noises. Sometimes, plugins revert back to their default sounds when loading a track. It is becoming...

64 bit tracker in Buzz

Are any of the trackers in Buzz, 64 bit? I am using Buzz 64. I really like Unwieldy Tracker 2 but it is 32 bit and I think it is causing me problems in the build.

Peer chord on Buzz 64 edition

Hi,

I can't get Peer Chord to work on Buzz 64 edition from October last year. Any thoughts?
When I click on assign parameter, nothing opens up.

Re: Detecting VST3 plugins

Thanks. I could open your file and GR-8 worked but it still didn't show up on the right side or with the search inside Buzz.

I allowed the installer to put the files in the correct spot and checked they were in the correct location.

I tired scan shell.

Strange.

Detecting VST3 plugins

I am using BuzzSetup x64 2022 Edition I realised that some of my VST3 plugins, e.g. Surge, GR-8, TugGlicento... are not being detected. I have double checked that I have the correct VST3 folder listed in preferences. I have also rescanned my folders for VSTis etc. I saw this post here that is specif...

Re: More problems with JUCE - Spitfire LABS and BBC Orchestra

I have been fiddling with all of these settings (and I am sure that I had tried all of this many times) for a long time but I think this has fixed it. The GUI is opening every time now. I'm really happy its working.

Re: More problems with JUCE - Spitfire LABS and BBC Orchestra

Wow. Yours is working perfectly. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of your VSTi preferences. Just to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. Here is my current 'workaround': 1. Load LABS (connected to master) etc. 2. Try to open the GUI to change the sound. 3. If the GUI doesn't open...open a seco...

Re: BuzzSetup x64 2022 Edition

I am really excited by this. Since using Buzz for twenty years, I was actually about to give up. I recently transitioned to a new laptop and using either 32bit of 64bit Buzz has been basically unusable. This edition seems to have ironed out some stuff. One ongoing problem though. When I use Spitfire...

Re: 32 Bit or 64 Bit Buzz for a specific set up

Thank you for the reflections. I have actually moved across to Buzz 64. I am having slightly less problems...but still pretty problematic. I actually think I might need to change my workflow. I am planning to build beats using utracker in buzz and render these but ultimately use Reaper for synths an...

Re: new pvst beta (updated 07-Jul-2022)

Hi, I have been having lots of problems with a combo of 32 bit, 64 bit, VST2, VST3, VSTs with large sample libraries etc...on my new set up. I have posted separately here https://forums.jeskola.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2900 as I think this is bigger than Polac but just posting here in case anyone...

32 Bit or 64 Bit Buzz for a specific set up

Hi, I am seeking help as I have significant ongoing issues with Buzz on my new laptop. I have been using Buzz since 2003 and have loved it but I am actually close to giving up on my new laptop. I have not used Buzz live since years ago but Buzz has been my DAW of choice for making glitchy IDM beats ...

Re: More problems with JUCE - Spitfire LABS and BBC Orchestra

Thanks Mute. I think I might start a new thread about Buzz 32 or Buzz 64 (with a specific setup) because there is a precise set up challenge that I am facing that I think might be bigger than JUCE or even polac. Thank you.

Re: More problems with JUCE - Spitfire LABS and BBC Orchestra

It's weird what is happening now. I found a very dodgy workaround (sort of). I find it particularly problematic with LABs and BBC Orchestra plugins. I have found that if there are multiple instances of the plugins when I try to open the plugin's gui, half the time it shows the plugin and the other h...

Re: More problems with JUCE - Spitfire LABS and BBC Orchestra

Okay, now it is very weird. I just shutdown the laptop, reopened Buzz. Now BBC works fine but LABS doesn't. It seems that Buzz/Polac are having trouble with both showing a GUI at once. I'm lost. Thoughts?

More problems with JUCE - Spitfire LABS and BBC Orchestra

Hi, I'm having more problems with JUCE plugins in Polac, specifically BBC Orchestra (Spitfire) and LABS. I just bought a new laptop on Windows 11, 16 GB, i7, SSD etc. I have experienced problems with JUCE plugins before, e.g. Valhalla Supermassive but I have been able to solve these with either a) u...

Tremolo - Buzz Machine?

I was wondering if there is a decent tremolo buzz machine...I couldn't find one. I know you can emulate this by automating Cheapo Gain... but I was wondering if there was a specific tremolo buzz machine? Otherwise, does anyone have a recommendation for a free, decent, tremolo VST? I have tried Tremo...
