Re: x64 GUI dll naming
Just machine.GUI.dll. The same dll should work in both x86 and x64 buzz.

Re: menu – submenu problem
You can fix the ilkke machines (extended) theme by changing line 628 in SimpleMenu.xaml to: HorizontalOffset="-1"

Re: menu – submenu problem
It's because you have window drop shadows disabled. There's no gap normally because of the couple of the couple of pixels of shadow there.
But probably won't get fixed, yes.

Re: How do you load GUI XAML from a file?
Add the name of the assembly (dll) in the namespace declaration, like in xmlns:bgc="clr-namespace:BuzzGUI.Common;assembly=BuzzGUI.Common"

Re: How do you load GUI XAML from a file?
Here's an example: http://svn.jeskola.net/buzzgui/BuzzGUI. ... troller.cs . The hack thing is needed to make it work in Program Files subdirs.

Re: How many uses Buzz?
Less than 1000 users that always get the new version but probably way more who use a random old version. Almost like Windows <10.

I'm updating the introduction section at jeskola.net/buzz. qu0LL already contributed the first sentece but I'd like some more. If anyone can give a decent general description of what buzz is, please post here. It's not easy to write.

I recommend you wait a bit. There may be some issues.
Re: donations
Thanks, got enough to pay for it already, but further donations continue to be appreciated.
donations
This site costs about $100 a year and I don't want to pay it myself.
So, please send whatever to my paypal account or to the bitcoin address. It's not a big amount so it adds up quickly even if it's just a few bucks. Got about half already!

Re: Round knobs on a computer screen
I've never heard of anyone who has preferred circular. Up/down is better than left/right because of an obvious anatomic reason if you think about it.

Re: .NET GUI problem + request
The problem is that the Buzz engine doesn't even really know that there is a gui, it's just a part of the parameter window. I guess I could create a hidden parameter window when the machine is created but it's seems a bit hacky.

And it's not even a Win 98 program. I wrote it on NT 4.0.boombaxx wrote:Polac is the dude. For a Win 98 program Buzz is still very relevant.

I don't know why Visual Studio Community 2013 build a non compatible XP DLL.
So I keep the VC++ 2010 project for XP.
I have added a special XP version to download.
