Portable Buzz

hi,
i had this idea last night: wouldn't it be cool having buzz fully portable on an external hd?
i think the biggest problem ist making vsts portable as they're using the folder c:\documents and settings
and they won't work on a portable setup.
i've tried using cameyo but unfortunately it didn't work as expected ..
so: any suggestions on virtualizing software for making buzz + vsts fully portable?
