Can't find Mono DLL, how can I fix this or remove it?

I'll probably get scolded for this. This error screen comes every time I start Buzz. I don't have Lee Dragon things in my Buzz folder, but I did run the fixer before on a different install. Yes, I did copy some machines to the new install. I've searched everywhere in the folders but can't find this mono.dll, even in my old, old Buzz folders from a decade ago. Is it the index.txt? I'm about to do a fresh install on a new computer, but I would like to fix this on my current PC. I don't know if it's possible to run an uninstaller for anything.

Check your Gear folders for all the .dll files that have (stereo) in the name, delete them.

Edit: also look for Lee Dragon's Mono To Stereo Wrapper.dll in your Buzz folder, delete it if it's there.
Not sure anymore if you get the error without that, actually. Anyways, the wrapper isn't necessary anymore.
