I met a guy to an exibition of my chairs, and he told me about a very nice project he was working on, i'm want to buy this great controler, Crystall ball, very sexy, perfect for my generative music, he says he could make a nice price for me, cause we live in same town, and he found my chairs cool.
Naonext is just at half an hour of my house in tramway, I did a little advertising for these cool guys (Nantes is Naoned in breton).

With buzz and peer machines this Crystal Ball will be killer controler.

Re: Crystall Ball
Woaw! This looks very useful, more funny than the usual midi pad (even if I'm dreaming of buying one).
It's expensive but it seems more like an 'instrument' that let you 'play' more than just changing presets.
Thanks for the info!!

Re: Crystall Ball
sounds a bit dubstep in that second clip. buzz don't do dubstep.
Re: Crystall Ball
I saw this a while back. Wasn't impressed and I'm still not convinced after seeing these.
But I'm sure you will do great things with this, Tinga.

Re: Crystall Ball
Looking forward to hearing what happens.
Re: Crystall Ball
Would probably just use 4x linear midi faders. Probably cheaper and more precise !
Re: Crystall Ball
Thanks for advice.
In fact, if i buy this stuff, it's not for me, but to propose a cool interface for people to play with generative things, I also have to successfully sell a project, because this crystall ball is too expensive for me.
Yes its five 7bits sliders, but it's 30 cm, on a normal midi controler, slider are 5 or 6 cm maxi, and the software architecture is a little bit different than other midi ctrl.mcbpete wrote:Would probably just use 4x linear midi faders. Probably cheaper and more precise !
Sound demos are crappy, but when i tried it, the sensation is quite pleasant.Evelon wrote:Wasn't impressed and I'm still not convinced after seeing these.
