Right click with Wacom pen not working anymore

I have an older Wacom tablet with an outdated driver for my Windows 7. I could use the pen's right click button to bring up machine menus, but since few weeks nothing happens when I press it. Using the mouse, it still works. I can't remember changing anything on my system, except for installing the usual updates until Windows 7's end of support months ago. As the problem only persists since a few weeks, I don't know what happened. I checked the tablet and mouse options. I don't have that problem with other software. Any clue?
