Buzz migration

Post by n3wjack »

How do you guys handle migrating your Buzz setup to a new machine?

I've done this before, but I always run into the problem that some old BMX's don't open anymore on the new setup. I'd like to use the latest version of Buzz of course, but if some things don't open or work there, I end up reverting to an older build (1494). The old one just isn't that stable, which sucks, but at least all the machines are there and work.

Does anyone have some good tips/process on that? Or is it normal to be copy-pasting dll's, keeping a few old copies around just in case and live with the hassle?

Am I imagining things, or was there at one time a (add-on) method of saving projects along with the machines used within them?

If I'm imagining things, I blame wde for all the amazing stuff he's been putting out recently :D
