.NET framework version

The project for Snapshot is set to '.NET Framework 4 Client Profile' but there are various newer '.NET Framework' entries in the target framework dropdown, as well as plenty of older ones. Should I be targetting '.NET Framework 4.7.2', the newest in the list?
