I think the bigger problem is VSTs being supported under Wine. I have a hard enough time migrating between Windows versions... something always breaks in the transition. It happened every single time from 98 to 2000, 2000 to XP, XP to 7, and 7 to 10.
As a Linux professional (RedHat), I would love to switch to Linux for Buzz. I run 3 Linux laptops at home and work (Manjaro and Fedora). I have a dedicated Buzz laptop for shows that runs Win 10, and a broken laptop running Win 7.
.NET for Linux = Buzz on Linux?

Buze is a full featured, portable modular music tracker that works on Windows and Linux (using Wine).
