Yes, funny to play with, interesting. I agree about a buzz machine
In Buzz you have Jeskola Note Matrix which is similar, fiun and with a bit more options.

yes, it's fun to put an idea quickly into notes. I like your melody.
And yes, there is no program which has all options.
Thanx for the hint to "note matrix". What I'm looking for is the tonal selection, it has it!
On my search I have discovered "tonespace", that you probably know. Although I haven't found out if it can learn a sequence by its own, you can record patterns in buzz.
And very import for me, reduction in tonal complexity and harmonic chords!
