Anyone still have the Ravenspiral Guide v8.1 (+)?

I told someone I'd get them this guide which I remember being fantastic, but can only seem to find versions from 2004 and 2007 available. Scribd still has it, but you have to pay to download it, and although I think its worth it in the long run, I know this guide was meant to be free, so it doesn't hurt to ask. I think version 8.1 (2012) might be the last update, or so it would seem.

All other download links to v8.1 seem to be dead.
